OK, I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I just had a truly unpleasant and hostile experience at this location.
This morning, I walked in to grab my usual caffeine fix and was immediately yelled at by an older woman wearing a 7-Eleven employee shirt (I really hope she’s not a manager). She aggressively demanded that I take my bike outside. I calmly explained that I didn’t have a lock and was hesitant to leave it unattended due to the number of unhoused people nearby.
Rather than listening or respectfully explaining store policy, she escalated the situation by yelling at me and treating me like I was a threat. I’ve never experienced such rude and hostile behavior from someone in customer service. At one point, she even threatened to call the police—over a bike, while I was clearly in my work uniform just trying to grab coffee before my shift.
She didn’t just single me out either—she was yelling at multiple customers, creating a really uncomfortable and chaotic scene. Honestly, if someone can’t handle working with the public without lashing out, they shouldn’t be behind the register.
I used to be a regular here, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.

walked into the store 5 minutes before the alcohol sales window and grabbed a few drinks and headed to the counter, and the 6’1” transfemme cashier with red lipstick left to walk around the store for five minutes before coming back to say they don’t sell alcohol after 2:30

Yo, you gotta try the coffee at 7-Eleven. They have these self-serve stations where you can make your own coffee exactly how you like it. And they have a bunch of other stuff too, like fresh food and snacks. Plus, if you download their app, you can get exclusive perks and promotions. I love getting their slurpees, they're so refreshing, especially on hot days. Checking out is fast and easy, I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Absoutely worst store ever. Don't come here if you only have cash because the cashier will threaten you and then leave and refuse to do any part of her job lmao. Don’t know her name but whoever was working today 7/21 at 3pm. Absoutely garbage person, obviously hates her job and just cusses out anyone who doesn’t use the self checkout. Which I’m so pro using, but when I need the key to get certain items, come on just get it over with and we’re all out of there fast as hell. Hope the owner sees these cause damn. Oh if you actually wanna have service from here just door dash it, they seem to get those done fast enough.

I don't know who the night female is, but she takes her time, there is a dude that was working there today and threatened to lay hands on an individual for stealing after walking away from the cashier and exiting the door. I live a few blocks away and always go here, but the customer service is horrible.
Update, just went in a few minutes ago and was getting yelled at by a female worker, for no reason. This store is becoming unfriendly to even regular customers. I live a few blocks away and come here often but I will be going other places at this point

Wow. Where do I start. Can you say disgusting customer service. I was just threatened by the employee behind the counter for asking about the line. She follows my question with some belligerent mouthful of insults and a threat to beat my a$$. Ha. Needless to say I laughed and found the back of the damn line to stand there and watch her walk out because “ she needed a break. “ multiple employees off the clock watching it all go down. Enters more customers who were turned around at the door and. Told they were closed until the bigmouth cashier was done ranting about having to actually work. It’s comical in a way but really grow up and do the job. I hope whoever runs this store knows the trash a$$empployees don’t care about their business.

Any time I come here past midnight they're "closed for an hour" or "closed for 30 mins." Don't understand why they're randomly closed throughout the night.
