Local Management is disrespectful and should be fired for abuse to their employees booting them out day”s” work and pay when they can’t complete a task that isn’t completable in the given time frame without extra workers.

Many pumps are closed. The full service island have no attendant. The pumps that are open may or may not offer receipts so you must go inside and wait in line and get your receipt. This is not very helpful for disabled persons. Please do better 7-Eleven.

Older guy with ponytail had a really bad attitude. Huffing and puffing, slamming things down, and couldn’t care less. I went to this 711 to do a pickup order for DoorDash. It took a little while (which is fine I’m patient) but after I waited about 10 min he says “here I gave you what we had” and proceeded to walk away. (Not even telling me what wasn’t in there) I asked him what was missing and he says “I don’t remember” no care in the world. So I had to take everything out while in the store to double check what was missing. It’s just super unprofessional. I don’t expect a lot when going to a 711 but I just don’t appreciate when people act like that at work. Leave your problems at home don’t take it out on the customers/pick up orders.

They don’t accept tap to pay cards or apple pay, so be sure you have cash or the physical card to swipe. They usually have a good selection of sundries but go elsewhere for hot food. Bathroom works but isn’t pretty. Parking and clientele is bad. I still stop in a pinch because it’s close to the terminal, and open late, but if possible i go elsewhere.

Multiple pumps out of service. "My" pump had buttons so worn out I had to literally punch them with the heel of my fist (yes, really, pound it).To top it off, the POS made me lock my car and walk inside for a receipt.Both registers lined up 6 people deep.AWFUL station.

Had to make an emergency stop here to use the restroom. This was the nastiest restroom I've ever seen. Drug perafnailya, nasty urine soaked TP on the floor, horrific smell. Minus 10 stars.

A woman with the name tag that read SECRET was incredibly rude to the employees at the cash register today. She indicated that they were to "keep their mouth shut" and not answer questions to a person who was on the phone and now very angry!She first chewed out the lady who was helping me and when the lady clarified she "didn't say anything" the lady named "SECRET" ran over to the man behind the next register and accused him of "not keeping his mouth shut"...I find this behavior incredibly grotesque and unprofessional. Not only did I experience second hand embarrassment for the employee's but also a sense of anger with the customers who witnessed this abuse of the cashiers.SECRET, here is a SECRET... People like you aren't very well liked in the world for obvious reasons. I assume this is why you lash out? Or perhaps you're experiencing some severe chemical dependancy issues???Next time I see you mistreat ANYONE I will definitely be quick to express my disgust as openly and LOUDLY as you did in front of the entire store and world for that matter.Be well and have a blessed day, because it is clear that you are a miserable human being! I had the app downloaded and was trying to get the 3 for 3.49 deal. I even asked the lady at the front counter what hotdog works for the deal, so it wouldn't mess up ( had a problem with the deal in the past). She told me, she rung me up and told me 6 dollars and something cents. I politely told her no, $3.49. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. The person in the past overridden the error. She just said I can't do anything, she was also very rude about the situation. I work near this 7/11 but do not plan to go back anytime soon . I told her fine keep it and I will go somewhere else. Then she had to reply. "I don't care. " very disappointing experience.

I was short-changed by a cashier who wouldn't give me a receipt.I emailed 7-11 through the app, and followed up multiple times, never hearing back from anybody. Enjoy the $10, because it's the last 7-11 will ever get from me.I had a pretty negative experience at a different 7-11 years ago, and hadn't walked into one in years, and this just ensures I'll never walk into one again.

I’m so disappointed in this place. Went through the car wash and it broke down mid way through. I had to go home and hand wash the soap foam off my car. They offered me nothing for the hour and a half disruption to my work shift except my $8 money back or a free car wash in the future and they are consistently treating me like I am the problem. It’s experiences like this makes me so disappointed in the lack of customer service in this nation. Corporate America doesn’t care about people.Also the gas pumps are consistently blocked from usage and rarely is there an attendant. If I were not a rideshare driver I would never use this place and I will do my best to avoid it in the future. Sadly, 7-eleven and Shell won’t care.Sincerely,Hopeless

Working overnights, I can always rely on this location to be stocked with hot food or willing to cook it up. And when customers come in, they provide good customer service, even for the more difficult ones. i can't say the same for other locations....

The worst costumer server I've ever seen. 3-29-23 at 8:32pm. Both of them behind the counter were so rude. I will never go there again.
