POS tire air pump. Needs to have an out of order sign and be fixed. Air pressure will not increase but it will still take your money. Junk!

Even though they have signs, this place doesn’t offer full service for the pumps. The same guy stands out there on his phone all day, every day… if you go here, you know exactly who I’m talking about. Literally getting paid to do nothing.0 stars!

This is a fairly convenient location because of the close proximity to PDX. The gas prices are a little high but worth paying since it's on the way home from work. The store itself can be hit and miss, but the recent addition of a self checkout has improved things quite a bit. And the fresh food selection is usually pretty good. The employees are mostly good with some minor issues here and there. For the store and gas, I rate a high four stars.
The car wash is what deserves the most scrutiny. Let's be honest, it sucks. The Mark Vii is one of the worst systems on the market in terms of overall reliability. It's down more times than it's open. I tried out a subscription to SparklePass since I wash my car a lot and it's open 24 hours.... But I have NOT been able to utilize it more than once or twice a week. I'm met with it being closed almost every other time I arrive. It's irritating. And there was one time the damn wash malfunctioned in the middle of the cycle and had to have an employee find a hose to help rinse my car off (hats off to that guy, he rocked).
So, I'm begging y'all.... Replace the car wash with a PDQ or Washworld touchless system! It would do everyone a favor. Trust me.
Other than that, I will still spend my money here because I like the convenience. Not washing my car.

BAD EXPERIENCE
The cashiers at this store have the absolute worst customer service. They act like they’re just hanging out in their living room instead of working, showing zero professionalism. They’re always swearing in front of customers and griping about their jobs and the people shopping there, right in plain sight. Do they even care? Not in the slightest. They keep up their bad attitudes and unprofessional behavior every single day. You’d think that since this 7-Eleven is near the airport, they would want to represent the brand and Portland, Oregon, in a positive way. But nope, that’s not happening. You’d expect them to put their best foot forward with all the travelers coming through, but instead, they really drop the ball.
Typically, it's the customers who can be a bit odd and make visits to convenience stores awkward, but that's not the case here. The people who come into this store are genuinely nice and well-mannered, no doubt about it. How does that happen? For the most part, I haven't had any issues with the gas attendants outside; they're pretty decent. However, the four cashiers behind the counter are a different story. They know who they are, and the owner is aware too, but nothing ever changes. The inappropriate language still flies around. I’m not one to criticize anyone's fashion choices, but come on, this is a workplace—wear a belt and keep your clothes tidy. This place is a mess, I've seen cashiers be rude to customers way too often. They have four cashiers at the register, and they STILL can’t get it right. They’re always shouting “next customer please” in a rude tone and never smile, instead giving you a look like you owe them something. They act like smart alecks. It's really disappointing
The owner should definitely offer more training at this location. It might also help to switch out some cashiers who are consistently giving poor customer service. 7-Eleven is meant to be a quick stop for customers to pick up a few items or pay for gas and leave. Nobody wants to deal with the stress that comes from the atmosphere inside. You can really sense the bad vibes as soon as you walk in. So, if you can, try to steer clear of this store. It would be a smart choice for you.

I have never had this experience before, it leaves me truly baffled. I order 7/11 via doordash quite often because me and my room-mates enjoy an easy late night meal. This time around, I am so disappointed. I ordered a pizza, just a cheese pizza. I was brought a chicken/beef one. No worries, I figured, I’ll just reorder despite more money down the drain. I was brought a wrong pizza a second time.
Two cheese pizzas ordered, two different orders, both incorrect.
I understand mixups happen, but really it feels careless. What if I had been a mother with kids who could not afford to reorder?
I would give 0 stars it possible. Save your time and money, go to literally any other convince store that Portland is filled with.

Bought bottle of water and was charged 8.49, price for item was 3 something. Called and said they could not refund over the phone. Something is fishy, and I’m already 6hrs away from there, so money lost.

Im sorry, but this place is great except for two things. The parking.... awful.. and this guy.. i come here so often... the day shift is great at helping people pump gas, gather trash, pick litter and is also very sweet. But this guy.. every damn time I come this is what he is doing. I always have to ask him to pump my gas... he never looks up from his phone and is ALWAYS posted up on this trash can.. what is he even doing there?? Why is it the day shift guy finds things to do and helps everyone probably getting paid less since it's day shift and this guy is acting lazy EVERY TIME HES HERE. BS seriously bs..... find someone who will do their job. Everyone else at 7 - 11 is working except for him..
