Tom Is super knowledgeable. I was having software issues with a PC I just built yesterday. I gave Tom a call this morning to help me out and walked me through everything to fix all my PC issues. I could not of ask anyone else better to help me out.

excellent service. Tom is a outstanding man and easy going. my wife has nothing but her computer. She's in chronic pain and suffered a lot of trauma. and recently lost her best frond of 12 years the most amazing cat I ever met recently. then when her pc stopped working I called everywhere at about 6pm no one was open of they couldn't be out for a few days. Tom hearing the situation and realizing it was an emergency as this is my wife only true joy left and being homebound het only distraction from all the bad. herd her having a melt down in the background( from all the trauma and loosing the last thing she has left(besides me I'm gone a lot to get things done)he agreed to get to our place as urgently as he understood our situation( even if as he said he usually doesn't like to work that late). he was compassionate and didn't mind her (crying and yelling and worked on the pc at our home). there were a few issues that he wanted to bring to pc to consult with another computer friend of his. so he took the pc and got it fixed and back to us a day latter. this mad literally saved us from a lot of grief. not only did he provide excellent service but he didn't charge me an arm and a leg multiple placed wanted more then we could afford on disability. yet alone I cant imagen the fees for a house call at night. but his price was more then fair and actually compassionately priced. he may not be a giant shop...but he knows what he is doing and is not afraid to admit when something has stumped him. and he get advise from another he trusts. hands down I would recommend Toms services to anyone.

Tom was a great help to me in need, his prices was more than reasonable, I needed a GPU, power supply and CPU changed on my gaming rig, it all would've been done in 1 day but we ran into 1 unexpected hiccup, Tom called his friend for a little help and he ended up keeping my rig overnight so that his friend could knock the job out, I received my Rig back the next day and now I'm up and running better than before on Cod MW3 getting 200 fps in 1080p Ultra and I'm positive I will have no problems playing at 1440p once I get another monitor, but until then I have no problems playing in 1080p Ultra, thank you Tom and I look forward to doing business with you again

Tom was able to help me resolve a recurring issue with my PC that I had been dealing with for a long time. I was impressed with his dedication to fixing the issue, and his commitment to providing excellent customer service. His prices were very reasonable in my opinion and he will be the first guy I call if I ever need repairs again.

Tom came over and I told him what the problem was. He assured me it was something else. I let him take my computer, mind you I'm very tech savvy and probably could have fixed it. But I called for an expert to fix it faster than I could. It's coming on 5 days, and he hasn't communicated other than telling me its a hardware issue, either the CPU or motherboard. I asked today, he said maybe they will know tomorrow. This is very unprofessional and an unacceptable. I asked for my machine back, and he now texted and said he would be bringing it by at some point today. I will not be using 4Acomplete computers again.
Wow Tom you're a piece of work. I love how you've been sitting on my computer for days lying to people. You said you wouldn't put your reputation on the line but you sure are here Hope you're aware that my reviews always are viewed by everybody so you will be losing business. It's unfortunate that you can't find a repair tech that actually is truthful. I wish you the best of luck with your scams.
