I've been coming to this gym since it was first opened. The staff are still good people, but it's really gone downhill especially since the pandemic induced bankruptcy. It's never been terribly clean since then on the workout floor and equipment maintenance has fallen behind. The worst is the cleanliness of the locker room and restroom. It desperately needs a deep cleaning, not a spritz. I long for the cleanliness of my high school locker room, and I never thought that would happen. It's also oversold. I try to avoid going after work because it's too crowded. There's just too much demand for certain workouts. I went tonight and the parking lot was so full, it was like going to Costco before a holiday. It's the first time I have turned around and went home.Update 1 month later:Still very gross in the men's room. Deep cleans have not been done.

For being a "Super Sport" branch of 24Hour, there are so many disappointing aspects...1- The Front Desk staff is very hit or miss in the customer service. None of them know my name (without verifying on the screen) despite me going there for about a year. Also, I know they're required to say "hi" and "bye" to every member, which is fine. I just wish that they would actually follow through with this. It seems like the only way to get any real attention or interaction is to purchase something or have a question. This would not be an entirely bad thing if they didn't actively socialize so much with other members.2- The club always feels so dirty. The locker room is especially bad. There's always funky odors, and late at night there are even these tiny little flying bugs in the showers. The steam room has always stinks in some fashion as well.3- The sweat towels and shower towels are a nice touch. But the shower towels are so tiny. They're more like floor mats. I get you wouldn't want to sink your budget on such an ancillary feature, but that's really the best they could do?4- The parking situation is always terrible, unless you go at a super early or super late time. Otherwise the only spots left are the ones that are too small for even a compact car. It's hard to be mad at people who park in two spots because most of the time that the only way they can fit there.5- The club feels outdated in a lot of ways. The exercise machines and other equipment are visibly old. Some are almost in a constant state of "repair/out of order."For the "top end" club, I would expect a lot more polish.Compare all of this to the 24Hour on Murray Scholls where I came from: The desk staff know me by name and are super friendly. The club feels more clean and welcoming. Also, the parking spaces are much more agreeable to all car and truck types. They may not have complimentary towels, but it's really not that hard to bring my own. This is a club type that is technically a step down in the 24hour hierarchy, but it's superior in every aspect that I have mentioned. My recommendation: For travelers, I recommend getting a car and making the trip up to the Beaverton branch instead (if it's an option). For local: just get a sport membership and make the trip, or find a different gym in the area. For what you have to pay, this gym just doesn't live up to the standards. I will definitely be cancelling my super sport here in the near future, and possibly my entire 24hour membership if something better in the area shows up.

While it’s not the closest to me, this could be a great location. However much like the standard at 24hr fitness they are not committed to cleanliness and the health of its members. It was not as bad as the one in Murray Hill, but give it time. The big balls of dust on the basketball court will soon become tumble weed when a gust of wind blows. The cleaning crew was in the men’s room while I was there showering and getting dressed. He had a spray bottle and spritzing the showers and spent less time cleaning them than he did washing his gloved hands after each spritz. The vents as pictured were disgusting and the mold along the walls and curtains shows the new standard for 24 hrs fitness.

Not too bad so far. Wish there were more lower body machines. I miss the plate-loaded hip thrust machine, belt squat, booty builder, glute kickback machines, and reverse hyper I had at my previous gym. The smith machines seem pretty busy at any given time, so perhaps I might have to switch to the normal racks. Haha.

Older facility has some indicators of wear. Especially in the locker room. Gets the job done, is quite large, has good classes, and is actually open 24 hours, unlike most of them.

Very disappointed in the pool water temperature. I swim laps. Have been out of town since July. Today, Oct.24, pool was noticeably colder than before. The ladies entering the pool for their group exercise session also commented on the pool temperature. I understand your corporate leaders decided to lower the goal temperature by 3 degrees (83 to 80). Both LA Fitness and Club Spot are comfortably warmer. I may choose to return to one of those facilities.

This gym isn’t worth it anymore. The equipment is always broken. Cars are broken into constantly when left. Items are always stolen. Fights break out constantly in the basketball court and so many homeless people sleep in the back areas and the staff don’t care and allow it. The worst of all is that a few months back some grown men were trying to bring kids out into the parking lot to be taken away and an investigation occurred because of this. Once confronted by staff the guy pulled a weapon on them. The staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. This club shouldn’t exist anymore honestly

Great gym, one of the only actual 24 hour gyms around with free weights. Would give 5 stars but the water from the water fountain tastes like sewage. They need to clean their pipes or install a water filter

The gym is fine, equipment is great. However, I joined a strength training class on Saturday morning at 9am. I am an absolute newer person and don't know anything about working out. The front counter person said this was beginner focused and would help me start. I was hoping to have some direction or guidance. The instructor Kristen was absolutely unwelcoming. Huffed when I asked what I needed to do to set up. She just said get your stuff and weights, I walked to the cubby room and was perplexed by everything and what I was staring at. I had no clue what to do and at this point I'm already embarrassed because everyone was staring at me like "How do you not know?"I just walked out.

I have been attending this gym almost 20 years. I like everything about it except some of the equipment is not kept clean. If someone just cleaned four machines every day and rotated, eventually they would all get done. It does not have to be perfect but some machines are really dirty. Thank you, again a good place to workout -but please clean those machines. :)

In Florida 24hour fitness cleans up the parking lot. Here in lazy liberal states, Washington Oregon California Colorado they leave messy areas inside and outside. So sad.

Favorite 24 Hour Fitness in the surrounding PDX area. Clean and well maintained.

Very crowded during peak hours, it's often a 10+ minute wait to bench and sometimes a wait for a power rack from 4-7 PM. Would recommend if you can avoid busy times.
