As a long-time member of 24 hour Fitness, I've witnessed significant changes over the years, but unfortunately, not all for the better. The recent shifts in operating hours, equipment quality, and membership fees have left much to be desired, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience. One of the primary draws of 24 Fitness has always been its promise of accessibility, boasting round-the-clock availability for members to fit their workouts into their busy schedules. However, the decision to close the gym at 10 pm severely restricts this convenience, making it inaccessible for those who prefer or require late-night workouts. This change undermines the very essence of what made 24 Fitness stand out among its competitors.Furthermore, the state of the equipment is another pressing concern. While other gyms invest in updating their machines to keep pace with advancements in fitness technology, 24 Fitness seems to lag behind. Many of the machines are outdated, showing signs of wear and tear, and in dire need of replacement. This not only impacts the effectiveness and safety of workouts but also reflects poorly on the overall commitment to member satisfaction and well-being.To compound matters, the recent increase in membership fees by $50 feels unjustified given the diminishing value proposition. Members are now paying more for a service that is becoming increasingly limited in its offerings. This move seems out of touch with the current competitive landscape of the fitness industry, where affordability and value-added services are key factors in retaining loyal customers. In conclusion, the recent changes at 24 hour Fitness have been disappointing, to say the least. The restricted hours, outdated equipment, and increased fees have collectively diminished the appeal and value of the gym. As a loyal member, I sincerely hope that 24 hour Fitness reconsiders its approach and prioritizes the needs and expectations of its members to regain its standing as a premier fitness destination.

Great place to work out!

It takes a miracle from God himself to get the front desk staff to look up from their cell phones to help you upon walking in. Perhaps management should address this

In March of 2023, I purchased a membership at 24 Hour Fitness because my college's gym (free to students) was temporarily closed. I did not want a long-term and recurring monthly charge, and had specifically asked the man behind the desk if that would be the case. I was told that I would not be charged another fee, and that my membership would automatically expire. Let it be known that I never once used any of the equipment at 24 hour fitness, because the day after I purchased this membership I was in a car accident and was not able to exercise. By the time I recovered from this accident, my college gym had reopened. I was blissfully unaware for several months that my card was being charged, and when I noticed it I sent several inquiries through their website hoping to have these recurring charges ended and hopefully a refund at least for the recurrent charges that I was told would not take place. So far, every single one of these inquiries has been entirely ignored. I've tried to go through my bank for a refund, but I'm having my own problems with them and they won't even block further charges. Currently, my debit card is being held hostage by this company. This company is intentionally set up so that it's difficult to cancel your membership, and unless they divulge you have no paper-trail for grievances. I'm considering taking this to small claims court.

My clothing and items were all stolen on my first visit to this location, so please lock up your items as it's clearly a professional thief. Otherwise, place is well equipped and staff is nice, but not particularly effective.Would be good if the local 24HR GM bothered to respond to direct emails, but that has not proven to be true so far.

Came in here and my 1 year old daughter was needed a diaper change really bad, there was no other places I could take her because my bus was coming, I asked Rodney if I could change her in the bathroom or if I could apply for a free trial so I could just enter the establishment. He just said no and didn’t have a reason why I could change her.Made my first experience at 24 hour fitness miserable. I don’t know what crawled up his, but he needs to check his attitude.

Gym is clean, staff is very nice, good variety of equipment.Only thing is I would love an increase of hours. Closing at 8pm on a Saturday is a lil nuts to me. I would love if they’d be open until 12am some nights,I miss my late night work outs

The only thing they know how to say is thank you, but they have a terrible attention in this gym, and above all a terrible attitude on the part of the employees of this gym.Arrogant without education, the boy who attends in the afternoons has a terrible service attitude.Don't waste your money in this gym, it's expensive for what it offers, very old and its opening hours are terrible.

This gym is a burning train wreck. Management has lost all control over the maintenance and cleanliness of the gym. This gym gets high traffic so it should receive extra cleaning. The locker room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Today the drains in the showers in the men’s locker room were backing up and overflowing, it smelt like dead fish. I wouldn’t advise walking barefoot on the floor unless you’re trying to catch a disease.

Cleanliness is a major concern here. Always lack of janitor. Lack of classes and support by frontdesk. I subscribed for a year membership and upon cancellation, no body even asked for any feedback or something. I have complaint several times to the desk but guess it doesnt work that way.

I have been going to this gym every early morning for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist, the facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the atmosphere is motivating and welcoming.I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to achieve their fitness goals.

I just joined recently and I very much enjoy the clean space and nice machines. The only negative is it is so warm in here every time I have visited. I can only work out for about a half hour until I am dripping in sweat. As I looked around last visit on Saturday when the gym was pretty empty, it was still hot in there. Can we please cool down the gym so we can sweat from working out not from inadequate air conditioning. Are you able to turn the air conditioning up during the late afternoon - it is too hot to be in there around 5pm?*********

This is my first time in a gym, so I don't know what to compare it to but overall, the gent at the door was informative and up front about cost. I went in thinking I had to get the top tier package but his suggestion for the gold package was best for my needs ...I'm not going state to state. Anyways, my first day was good. The gym wasn't too busy and I felt comfortable being there.

Charge you an additional $24.99 fee after signing up for a yesr long membership without telling you in advance. Don't have enough equipment that people want such as racks and free weight benches but a huge amount of machines that are rarely used. You have to go "check out" a pad for the squatting bar which is very annoying. Overall okay because not too crowded.
