We pay every month, 32 days later they are trying to shut us off claiming that they've been here 3 times (Lied), and called us (Also a lie). I had to show my bank statements to prove we paid. Then they tried to get me to change my meter, I declined and she did it anyway. This company is a joke.Update (2022): The meter they installed is to remote turn off your service, they have to notify the you before they turn you off. They definitely developed unprofessional practices with this saying "They reached out" with no records showing we got called or anything.They need to be shut down.
