MORRISON WERE BEYOND COMPASSIONATE AND VERY ATTENTIVE. I WENT IN HEARTBROKEN THINKING I WOULD HAVE TO PUT MY KITTY DOWN. THE THOUGHT OF LOSING MY KITTY WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOSS I DON'T KNOW IF I COULD HAVE TAKEN. I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT EUGENE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!! “Great experience every time I walk into this store. They are kind, loving, and helpful every time I come into this store. Its not like I'm a number walking into this store. I feel like I'm a member of the family every time I walk into this store. I gave the Eugene Mini Pet Mart a 3 star rating for labeling me a thief just because of the way I dressed that day. I've been shopping at the Mini Pet Mart in Springfield for many years and I love this place. The Eugene location had me labeled as a thief. I'm a Commercial Driver full time and I go to College part time online. It did not feel good to get profiled as a thief by the Eugene location, but that will not stop me from shopping at the Springfield location. I make alot of money, because I work hard for it. I grew up very poor as a child. Like I lived in real life poverty as a child. I'm proud to say that today I make more money then both of those store clerks at the Eugene Mini Pet Mart location put together. I'm not the little spick in rags anymore. I can buy both of those store clerks cars and houses if they ain't still renting a house.”
“Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable and friendly. I've gotten helpful advice and suggestions every time I've gone in. Prices are fair and they give out free samples sometimes. They had cute mystery bags at Christmas too. Would recommend this place to anyone!”

“This is a clean store with helpful staff. Everything is clearly marked and they have a wide selection of cat and dog toys, food, treats, and dog beds as well as cat towers.”
“All your farm needs in one place. They greet you when you walk in the door and are very helpful.The carry a large selection of hardware. Lots of feed choices from. All the top brands. They have animal care products for your horses, cows, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, and more.They also carry clothes including pants, shirts boots, hats, and coats.”
“Slightly chaotic with an excitable dog, but worth it (no waiting in the sun in a parking lot, but instead being indoors is very nice) The vet was nice, they got us in quick with our apt we made a day ahead. Pupper loved on the vet, and barely noticed the shot.”

“First and foremost, don't believe all the bad reviews about this place. My families experience here was nothing if not professional. Any digging into the employees shows how much they love animals. There are 2 types of people who go to rescues for a pet. Type 1 doesn't understand that sometimes the breed of the dog is just an educated guess based on information available from third parties given to the rescue. Type 1 doesn't understand that getting a rescue is like buying a car \"as-is\" from a used car lot. Sometimes the rescue CAN'T know everything. Type 2 understands these things, and have left reviews showing such. They are thankful for all the time volunteers have to put into this thing, because people like the Type 1 visitor wind up \"returning\" the animal one way or another. A majority of bad reviews on products can be easily explained by the end user not understanding the product. That holds true to other applications. I urge anyone reading this to look past the negative reviews, and take a rescue home and give it another chance at life that it would otherwise never have had, if not for people like the good folk at Lucky Paws Rescue.”

“Decent selection and pricing for how small they are. Was pleasantly surprised, I almost got everything I went there for, and found a couple things I didn't go there for. Which brings up that they have a nice selection of dog treats. I'm sure ill be stopping by again at some point. Definately recommended if your in the area and haven't checked it out yet.”
