“We travel full-time in our fifth wheel and knew our tires were wearing unevenly. Was able to get an axle alignment in Grants Pass and ordered new tires myself. Two good tire shops could not manage to dismount the original 14ply tires with their equipment. Went to Les Schwab - who probably could have, but would not. (The LS in my home town would have!) Found Quality Tire - who are truly quality people with a "Can-Do" attitude and they were able to work me in and get the job done. They were all a joy to work with, helpful and knowledgable with various questions and I would highly recommend them. (Especially for RV owners with challenging heavy duty tires!)”
“I've been to this location 3 different times with 3 different vehicles. Every single time everyone was very courteous, friendly, and I was out of there quickly. I happened to order some tires online and had accidently missed a deal going on for that brand. The gentleman inside applied the deal and ended up saving $100. Additionally, I wanted them to mount a separate wheel and tire as well as the new one I purchased from their site; They did it without a fuss and no extra charge. Great group of guys who do great work!”

“They were awesome!! My car had a 'low air' dash light constantly on and the tire pressure display of one of my tires wasn't on. I tried different things from YouTube hoping to fix it, but nothing worked. I took it to LS after work and they got to it right away. Turns out the TP sensor had turned off due to getting a flat tire and having to use my spare tire many months ago. The LS associate was able to restart it rather than replace and saved me a little bit of $$--and A LOT of grief...!! Thanks, Les Schwab ?!!!”
