5 years ago this was a great local post office. Now if you work 8-5 like so many. Good luck getting your mail. Rather than find a reasonable solution to homeless sleeping in there or whatever, get just lock everyone out. But then don't deliver mail to so many places locally. Why they couldn't just put a keypad, or a tap fob system for po box holders to enter and exit after hours I'll never know. They're only like a couple hundred bucks.

Someone has decided that all people should only be able to get their mail between 9:30 and 5:00 Monday through Friday and lock the post office up all other times this is crazy I went to try to get the mail delivered to my house and have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to get back to me on that process. When you call them the phone just rings off the hook so you're only option is to take off work during normal working hours and head in there and try and talk to someone this is ridiculous

they have a great toll free number which seems to cover any situation possible, but since no human being ever answers this phone, we have time to write a long critical review instead of getting an answer to our question.

I received a text msg that my package had been delivered to my mail box (community box) but it was not there. I tried calling this post office several times at different times and continuously and no one will answer. I finally called the USPS number and filed a service request and received a automated response letter the next day from Phoenix PO. I chased down the mail carrier about a week later and he said he remembered the package and then opened our community box to see if it was in someone's box and also at the street over with the same # as our address - not there. He knocked on the door 1 street over same # as our address and no answer. He said he'd try again and let me know. Heard nothing. Called USPS again and got a recording saying the service request was resolved????? When I finally got a person on the line, they filed another service request. 2 days later Phoenix PO called and left a message to call her so she could help me file a insurance claim from my end. I have been calling, calling, calling - NO ANSWER! WORST service ever! Guess I'll call USPS again and be on hold another 40 minutes as I was last two times. A side note. This is our second home so not here full time - not much mail. I mailed a birthday card and check to my daughter-in-law in CA from our community box and she never received it and it never came back to me although it had a return address.

It’s been 3 years and we’ve had multiple misplaced packages. Just put in the wrong POBox. One of my packages was put in my fathers POBox because the employees didn’t bother looking at the number but just the last name. Fortunately I got that package from my parents but several others never got to me because they were “mis-delivered” and “hopefully they return it”. I’ve also received wrong packages from other POboxes that I had to return to the front counter for them to try again. Not sure why matching names and numbers is difficult.

Not the friendliest, neither the fastest. Let's just they saunter in the back and take their sweet time. Not impressed. They aren't go getters but any means.

Just gonna keep it short cause these people are clearly so miserable with there lives that they have to be petty through there work and regardless they will just delete my review just like before. My mom received this in the mail about the pot holes in her driveway, the driveway that they can’t drive down of course. Some people are just getting by let alone have the money to buy enough gravel to fix the driveway for the miserable mail man. This place is the biggest joke

I simply cannot believe the service my family and I have received since using this facility. Multiple times communications and instructions were established with no follow through. Disrespectful employees, lack of care for customers of the community, along with countless lies. Instead of holding our mail after our move out of state and numerous talks and reassurances that it would definitely be held. Almost every parcel has been sent back to sender. Not only when having to leave for family emergency out of state and it came time for the box the be due for payment. Instead of giving the courtesy of informing us. They again locked box and proceeded to send mail back to sender. But to quote one employees “hey we are just a post office, what are we supposed to do” I urge USPS to take a look into the training practices at this branch, they’re way too comfortable treating people however they please.

I always get friendly smiles and great service here and I thank them as often as I can when they aren't too busy (which is hardly ever) even if I'm just dropping off pre-paid post. A lot of people (not everyone) take postal workers for granted, I am noT one of them! <3

Just moved it 6 days ago. Change my address online before we moved in through USPS and they said "all good! Everything will be sent to the new address!" Then when we move in and found out that there's no mail box and you have to use the PO Box. I go into the post office and the lady wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to care at all. ALL the mail we should've received (including paychecks) have been sent back to the sender. SO FRUSTRATING
