I've had an excellent experience with "Storage at Exit 24." The location, right off the I-5, makes it incredibly easy to get off and on the freeway. The facilities are impeccably clean. Ken, the property manager, was super helpful and very friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. The value you get for the price is unbeatable. Very easy to reserve and pay online too! Highly recommended for anyone in need of storage solutions!

I had the great pleasure of opening an account at Storage At Exit 24 today. The staff were welcoming and listened to my needs. I was given a tour of the unit and I can honestly say this is the most immaculately clean and secure storage campus I have ever seen. Joe took care of all my needs and was very good company!

Great service! Friendly staff that made getting a storage unit fast and super easy. It is sooooo clean inside they have easy access to everything. You don’t need to worry if you have a lot of things to move at once they have things there that can help. Would definitely recommend

Amazing business and amazing customer service! I recommend them to everyone. One of the few businesses that I’ve come across that actually help people in need! Larken and Ken are seriously awesome and helped us multiple times in our short stay. I was so impressed with their business practices and I would put my stuff here over and over again. Not a good start. First when you reserve a storage unit they ask if you have insurance. I do have insurance and have them a copy of my Certificate of Insurance with State Farm. Despite that and without my consent or permission, they signed me up with Bader Insurance.
Bader is one of the biggest rip off “insurance” companies in the United States. They will not pay on claims. The coverage is ridiculously low and the premiums are excessive.
That Storage at Exit 24 signs you up for coverages against your specific instructions boarders on fraud.

Customer service is amazing ,the units we're explained in detail and rates .
Very secure and safe .
The units are clean and is to access.
Easy fab access key/gate
Have bathrooms ? on site also .
Overall great experience.

I think I have to go as far as claiming this to be an exquisite storage facility! I have never seen a storage facility so spotless, there are nice wide halls for hand trucks-which were available to use, it is well lit, plenty of cameras and there are also UHaul trucks available for online/mobile rental.
Not to mention there was a great special when I signed lease.

The gate wouldn’t open, seems to be some problem with the electronics. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with their after-hours person who was hilariously inept and couldn’t find any record of this storage unit in their system. As of now I am locked out my own storage unit with no recourse.

Storage at Exit 24 is a life saver. I believe it's the only climate controlled units in the Ashland/Medford area. Super helpful and nice. Very clean.
