The cashier was very rude.I brought in my service dog. She checked him out anyways knowing he's in training. He was a good boy all around in my hands. I spoke to the manager about it and he was rude when I said I would breathe in papers to show.He was the surface dog to manager , turned it down and said they can't ask for papers , but still kicked me and my dog out of the store

Stopped in to the Ray's Food Place in Phoenix, Oregon. Kelly (Manager?) and a younger gentleman cashier assisted me. Their customer service was deserves 5 stars. Outstanding employees! They saved me time, and money. I am grateful for my local Ray's Food Place in Phoenix!

So today, September 12th.Me and my father decided to go to rays. We got inside, my father went to the back to get something he wanted, and i was still at the beginning of the store looking at a little stand that had chips on it! This very disrespectful lady that was working asked me after she got done checking someone out if I needed help with anything, she said it VERY SNARKY though like i was a thief or something. I said no thank you, i'm just patiently waiting on my father. She replies back with : "oh yeah, okay"My father comes back with beer ok, we got up to the cash register and she was checking us out. She ALSO RUDELY asked for an ID, don't get me wrong, when someone buys beer i understand it's the law and policy of stores to ask for proof of age ! but she scanned the alcohol and asked for MY ID specifically thinking it was for me, so i told her it was not for me, and I understand she probably didn't believe that, but if i wanted it, I WOULD HAVE GRABBED IT MYSELF. The other reason why she asked for it was because i was paying for it. I haven't seen my dad for years and today was the day i seen him so i wanted to pay for everything. I would have not wrote this if this wasn't an issue. Having to deal with a snarky women who was very disrespectful and had an attitude for absolutely no reason that worked there especially was not it. She also just assumed i was underage too.If you hate your job, quit.

I'm all about supporting small business and shopping local etc... But even in California I never went into a store that had prices so greedily priced and almost designed to make you feel punished for grocery shopping there.. They have little to no specials and the things they put on special barely make items the same normal pricing at Albertsons Safeway etc You can leave Fred Meyer and other stores in the larger corporate scale and still not feel like you had to bend down and grab your ankles or sacrifice greatly to get some macaroni and cheese and some canned vegetables.. And to be honest they're all over Southern Oregon so I would find it hard to believe that because they're a smaller scale grocery store they're not able to buy their products in a bulk amount which allows them to cut the same deals They clearly mark everything up to $3 more than any other store I've been to and it's absurd their selection is garbage with that in mind if you're going to charge me highway robbery prices for average items then you should have a bigger selection of mediocre product
