Some of their mechanics are not honest. They tell you that they did things that they did not do AND tell you that you need things that you do not need. Examples: In October of 2023.
I was told front brakes measured 3/32 and that I should get them done at the next oil change, 5000 miles later the front brakes measure 8/32. Today I specifically ask a tire pressure to be checked in all tires including the spare. Mechanic said he did it. He did not add air to the spare and it was very low... Does he not know that the car computer will tell me??
I'm done here. Things have changed with the new ownership.

Best service I have ever had, they discovered the problem from my Check Engine Light when other shops threw parts at the problem and still did not find or fix the problem. Bo - the service manager was the best, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Phoenix Auto Center !

Stopped by to inquire about changing a brake light bulb. They stepped outside and had it changed in a manner of minuets. Great customer service.... They will be my go to for future auto repairs/ work

Took our truck in because of a drain on the battery. They replaced batteris and said it was the seat belt module, so they replaced it as well. $1,500. later, the same issue is still happening. Took it back in and said now it was the dome light short. Fixed that and another $385. I don't mind paying for what is needed. I just don't want to be gouged! Also, after telling them how I felt taken advantage of, they suggested I bring the truck back and they'll put back the old part. Very sarcastic. I dread to think we'll still have the same issue. I don't think I can trust them at this point to stand behind their work. I will not be back!Service: Battery

Made an appt. at 1:00 pm for an install of 4 new tires. When I made the appt they assured me that I could wait while the tires were being installed. After 75 minutes, I asked reception about an ETA, and she said soon. After another 15 minutes goes by, I asked again, the she said I needed to talk to Jason, who wasn't there. When I said Jason wasn't there she snapped and said she couldn't do anything and couldn't go into the shop. After another 15 minutes goes by, Jason finally shows and said another 10 minutes. After another 15 minutes goes by (now a total of 2 hours to install four tires), they bring the car around to the front, and when I look, the tires are a mess, and the right front tire is flat. I pointed it out and the guy delivering the car said they would clean up the tires and check the air. He takes the car back around to the shop and comes back and the tires look okay. Then, we left and got on the freeway, and the car immediately began shaking terribly and dangerously -- the tires were so out of balance that they were literally bouncing off the road surface and everything in the care was vibrating -- steering wheel and seats included. We immediately called the shop from the road, turned around and came back. Jason then took the car for a test drive (assuming he didn't believe us), and he came back and drove it right into the shop, where they re-balanced all four tires. After the re-balance, we left and everything seemed fine, until 2 hours later, when we left for dinner with friends, we noticed the tire pressure indicator was on; so we stopped and upon inspection found that the right front tire was flat again. We stopped at a nearby gas station, where the technicians discovered that the leak was at the valve stem, which was brand new, but clearly not installed properly. The garage helped us remove the flat and mount the temporary donut. We are going to another tire shop to have the brand new tire repaired. We will never, ever go back to Phoenix Auto Center, for anything. As you can imagine, we don't trust the quality of the work and still feel that the installation was completely unsafe.

Jason and his crew are all very friendly and helpful and he will always make a fair assessment of the vehicles needs and charge a fair price for the work that needs to be done. My forever place for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

After the fire they seemed to be struggling, because of all the mechanics shops out of business, with Jason and Stan at the helm they're back on the right track and now with new qualified team members doing fine. I have been taking my vehicles there for at least five years and as pleased as ever!
