While the staff didn’t know much about him as he was a stray, they did their very best to help us with all our questions and support us through the decision process. The staff and volunteers were wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with Thumper. Thank you for the incredible work you do.
Update: We've now had Thumper for just over 6 months and couldn't be happier. Please be patient with any new adopted pet, it took him about 4.5 months to really settle and show us his true self, which is a loving, gentle, goofball!”

“Konrad took the time to show my daughter several different snakes, and answer all of her questions. He gave her great tips on what to do and what not to do. He took time and gave suggestions on using common things around the house for training, and expressed to her not to make it more complicated that simple things she has access to is all she needs. I appreciate the time he took to ease her mind and mine as a parent and never owning a snake. My kids love exploring the shop and seeing all the different types of reptiles brought in. My youngest is now wanting to save up for a snake. If you are interested in getting a new reptile, I highly recommend Primeval Pets. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and lots of patience, it’s easy to see that Konrad loves what he does and loves these animals.”

While there, we stock up food, treats and sometimes even a toy! The friendly guy at the counter even loads my bags of food into my car for me! You can't ask for a better way to start a Sunday ??”

“I’m so grateful this gem of a mom and pop pet store exists!!! I’ve been looking for a place like this to support since moving to the Valley from a bigger city.When I first came into RV Pet my puppy was experiencing regular and absolutely terrible gas as well as bad diarrhea. I was looking to switch up his food but I was completely lost on what to do. Kalea was so helpful and shared sympathy and compassion for what my pup was going through as well as the aftermath that my husband and I were having to experience. She pointed us to try Nutro Source and was so knowledgeable about the product and why we should give it a try for our issues. She made us feel so comfortable in going with her suggestions and welcomed us as first time customers with a little extra treat. It was such a warming experience that I knew even if this food option didn’t do the trick we had become apart of the Rogue Valley Pet pack and would be regular shoppers! And I am happy to report that after just a week of safely transitioning our pups food we began to see, and smell, a huge difference!!! It’s been a couple of months now and every time I feed my pup I thank Kalea for helping us completely eliminate our pups belly issues! I now exclusively shop at RV Pet and have canceled our 3 year relationship with Chewy ?”

But it is illegal to say that am a felon when am not because you guys said I have a criminal background I have a military background. I think it's my attitude when managers lie and do bad stuff I go head on which is good and bad because am a blunt person which means I just say the raw truth. But sorry I wasn't the right fit for the job I guess at least I tried hopefully to the managers no hard feelings or anything.”
