Kim is wonderful: Patient, kind, laid back, a clear communicator, generous, and intelligent. I had never left my belongings in storage before and was nervous about it. I felt respected and safe with Kim and with the whole experience with Pear Tree Lane. It was a really good price as well. Thank you so much, Kim. You made the 10 months in which I used your services much more peaceful. I'm grateful.

For the last year we have had our household goods stored at Pear Tree Lane Self Storage as we were waiting to have them shipped to our new home in New Zealand. The excellent service that we have received, especially from Kim the manager, has been so appreciated. She is so professional and the care that she gives to her customers and the facility is exceptional! On several occasions she has worked with us to sort out issues relating to organizing our move. The facility is fantastic - well-maintained and lots and lots of care.PS… I read in an earlier review the only complaint was it was very difficult to get a 24 foot truck into the facility. Yesterday we had a 26 foot track arrive to load up our goods. Yes, it was tight but it could be done.Thank you so much Kim and M & M. :-)

Clean, secure, easy in and out, nice location, clean bathroom, nice staff (shout-out to Kim!).Wish it was a little cheaper but I could not find any other storage facility with all the above attributes in the area.Like others have said, it's a little tight in a big moving truck, just take your time and you will be fine.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The units are in good shape. Only downside is it is hard to get a large truck in there. Anything over 24 feet is just time consuming and difficult. Other than that it is good.

I love this place! Friendly staff! Clean and spacious units. Mine is environmentally controlled. Security is great....And recently it proved to be fireproof! I am happy.?

Kim has been extremely friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable in all of our dealings. We would highly recommend Pear Tree Self Storage. And her little dog is cute too.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Clean, affordable, customer bathroom, and beyond friendly staff! They hugged me while I was crying when the moving company was mean to me. Kim even let us borrow dolly’s on our move out day! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! ❤️ Thank you guys for everything!!!
