I took my son's vehicle in for a specific repair at Henry's. Days later they called to let me know it's fixed. And they wanted to do additional work for more money costing about $4500. Which I was surprised. My son drove the vehicle and complained of the same issue with the car shaken again. I took the car to a different local mechanic and they diagnosed the same issue Henry"s claimed to have fix. The new local mechanic fix the same plugs and coil Henry's claimed to have replaced and my son's vehicle runs perfect. And I must add the check engine light is off and I walked out of the new mechanic shop with no $4500 job that needs be done.
Say alot on trust

Have my ‘82 Mercedes Benz 300TD at Henry’s for drive train refurb - Slavic and the team have been excellent - there is nothing he doesn’t know about the car - Henry himself rebuilt the engine back in 2004, Slavic has restored just about everything else - vacuum system, door seals, front and rear suspension, transmission, turbo charger - I don’t think there are many places that are familiar with these marvelous cars - very thankful to everyone at Henry’s!

Henry's is a very high quality foreign auto repair shop - I have been to them twice to have a water pump, pulleys, belts, ignition coil, wires, and plugs replaced on my Land Rover Disco 2 and they did a great job both times. Luke and Slavek are very experienced with Land Rovers and can diagnose the issue much faster than other shops because of their vast experience and expertise with Euro cars. They can also fit you in with their schedule even if they are busy! I have called their neighbors at Aaron's to try to have something done and every time I call they are booked out several weeks which I think is ridiculous. Even though Henry's is busy, they will fit you in and get you back on the road quickly. I will definitely be back for future repairs and maintenance.

I went to Henry's twice. The first time I had a dashboard warning light that I hadn't seen before. Luke checked it out, tightened the fuel cap, cleared the code, and said there was no charge. 5 stars for that experience.Second visit, I scheduled an oil change and a general inspection. For a Mini Cooper, I'd expect such service to run about $100. Shocked to get a bill for over $300. They had changed the engine air filter and cabin air filters without asking me. I change those filters myself, so I know what they cost.I went in to pick up the car and discuss the charges. I told Luke that I would have liked to be informed of the need for the air filter change. His response was to say, "We just won't check the filters then."1 star for that experience.

Fair prices for auto repair. Luke is son of owner or he’s also part owner. Very very good used cars! They deal in foreign autos. I purchased a 2011 SUV Audi and it was like new. Just like driving a car off the sales floor of an Audi dealership. Plus it is diesel so runs forever. They have also sold cars for us. Sales are always fair to all parties. I feel free to just stop by on my way to work and have mechanical question answered. Luke is my go to guy but his father ( can’t remember his name ) is just as professional. The woman in their office is top notch and very nice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy or sell a foreign vehicle. 10 stars for Henry’s in Phoenix Oregon on highway 99.My friend bout a used Jaguar there for 5,000 or less about 6-7 years ago and couldn’t be more pleased.

This Zero-Star review is long overdue. It's difficult to find places that will work on a Eurovan, and so I kind of had no choice but to take it into this place for some transmission repair. I took the Eurovan there in August of 2021, and they gave the van back to me with $500 to $1,000, maybe even more, worth of damage to the paint-job/body on the hood. There was also other damage to the front and rear bumpers -- it's hard to explain; they were both strangly loose, as if the van had fallen from a height of off their lift or something -- I really don't know how the damages occurred. But I do know that they tried to glad-hand me when I picked the van up, with one guy pretending to be friendly (which he was NEVER friendly before, so I know it was an act), trying to move us along quickly, hoping that we wouldn't notice the damage. There is more to the story than this. Many factors contributed to us just letting it go and not pursuing damages, one factor being that we don't trust them and just didn't want to go to the hassle of dealing with them ever again. Long story short: Only take your vehicle here if you don't mind the risk of getting it back damaged. Pathetic.Service: General repairs & maintenance
