“Mixed review. For the most part great boutique, I've only shopped online since I'm not close to their store front. But in the last month they've dropped the ball on fully addressing my issues with a product not on the app, rewards trying to be used and sezzle (not a sezzle issue, a boutique issue). I had two different post conversations that never got fully addressed. The first conversation, one of the workers tagged a couple people multiple times for help and no response. The second conversation, I actually got to talk with the owner but she gave me general responses without solving my problem. I'm super bummed because this isn't their norm but I buy a lot of wanakome from them, they're not cheap lol but feel I may need to move on.”

“We drove from Grants Pass (about an hour) to go to this place. They were very well stocked. However we were looking for something very specific so they made me an appointment t.ent to meet with the lead designer a couple days later. When we met for that appointment were treated like family and the designer hooked us up with exactly what we were after. The cost was a lot less then I expected it to be. Very happy with these people. Had a great experience there. Five stars...”
“I like this place because they carry my style of who I am and it's not expensive like other places in other cities. I really wish that Hot Topic would start getting boots agin. It is not easy living in Southern Oregon and finding a pair of goth or knee-high Dr. Martens or any platform leather or faux leather and spiked boots just don't exist near here, or they just choose to sell them in England and all the cool places over seas”
“I’ve visited a few times now, and each time I find something cooler than the last. This week I bought a bright vest made of yarn and received compliments on it within two minutes if it’s first wear. When I need some self care time, I start here. Very friendly staff, no sales pressure. I looking forward to visiting again.”

“The most adorable outdoorsy and Oregon themed store!!! The staff afe extremely helpful from the moment you walk in. They have a huge selection of items from apparel to home decor. It's a great place to shop for yourself or if you're buying a gift. If you're looking to support a small business this place should be on your list. I'm always happy with my purchases and I always look forward to seeing what new items they have in.”
“I loved shopping here, beautiful timeless clothes. The staff was so helpful, and one even carried my dresses for me and set them up beautifully in my fitting room so I didn't have to carry them around everywhere whilst pushing a stroller.I felt very appreciated and welcomed.Will shop here again.”
“Everything in there is pretty expensive but all good quality and they have a very wide variety of things. Probably wouldn’t ever buy a skateboard deck from there but they have a lot of good skate shoes and clothes that I’ve hold recommend but keep in mind it’s expensive. Personally i didn’t think I’ll ever buy skate shoes from there since they will get ruined easily because i skate them so there’s no point waisting a bunch of money, but the clothes in there are amazing and very good quality.”

“This Old Navy clothing store is pretty good. We have shopped there several times, and have always had a positive experience. They have a decent selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. And the employees are friendly, and eager to help you with your purchases.It's definitely worth a visit or two!”
“What can I say?! When I first went in, I knew they would have leggings based on their name. But after looking around, they had so much more than expected! From crop tops, shorts, and sets in the summer to beautiful and warm leggings, jackets, and different style sets for during the cold season. They even had a variety of football(as well as a few baseball and basketball) items for my boyfriend to look at, and I browsed and shopped. One day, I was looking around and fell in love with a pair of pants until I realized they didn't have my size. The cashier that day took my name and phone number and said they'd give me a call when the item came in. Sure enough, they did, and they are one of my favorite pairs. Staff was incredible, welcoming, and very helpful. Would recommend.”
