“I was in there pretty recent and I wanted to address one of the comments posted. I personally love this store and never had a bad experience. Staff are always so nice. I believe I was one of the people waiting in line. This specific individual whom had a massive pile draping over her stroller and all over the floor. I believe there are limits for the amount of clothing aloud per costumer. To reduce wait time for the fitting rooms, and be fair to other shoppers. In the mean time this customer was being insolent and impolite to the staff on shift. The lady then proceeded to be very disrespectful. The issue got handled in hopes of never having to encounter this predicament again. I like to come here and shop in peace not to see this kind of behavior from rude customers. I feel sorry for the staff that has to deal with that kind of people.”

“If an item is high end or in mint condition sure but retail prices for a donated item in fair to good condition is a bit much even for a good cause. Also a bit odd, the volunteer who checked me out thought it was appropriate to critique each of my purchases. "Well, this vase seems too short to be of much use." The experience would have been better with a simple "Thank you for supporting scholarships for high school students in Benton County! We hope to see you again soon!" Worth a look, definitely a non-profit worth supporting!”

“I shop here at least weekly and always find something great to bring home. The prices are low, especially for books and other media. Be aware there may be an extra 5% charge if you use a credit card. I try to keep some cash on hand just for shopping here.”
