I purchased an old cast iron kitchen set did not realize that one of the pieces was missing and was replaced with a small smashed bottle cap to cover the whole . It was covered by another piece of the unit. When I called to ask to return the unit I was told there were no return

I was in there pretty recent and I wanted to address one of the comments posted. I personally love this store and never had a bad experience. Staff are always so nice. I believe I was one of the people waiting in line. This specific individual whom had a massive pile draping over her stroller and all over the floor. I believe there are limits for the amount of clothing aloud per costumer. To reduce wait time for the fitting rooms, and be fair to other shoppers. In the mean time this customer was being insolent and impolite to the staff on shift. The lady then proceeded to be very disrespectful. The issue got handled in hopes of never having to encounter this predicament again. I like to come here and shop in peace not to see this kind of behavior from rude customers. I feel sorry for the staff that has to deal with that kind of people.

Best thrift store in town! Such friendly staff and the manager is the best that works at this store. This store is clean and organized. I love that this store helps with programs for people with disabilities. The proceeds go to greatness!

Two stars for today. I shop here usually multiple times a week and have always had a wonderful experience. All the ladies that worked while I’ve been in have been nice, polite and helpful. The prices are very fair, and the store is store is set up great. But today, my experience was horrible. A new employee that I’ve never seen before was working at the counter. She was extremely rude. Unhelpful. Not professional and then at one point disappeared from the floor entirely for about 10 minutes. I dinged your bell three different times and no one came out. I’m really disappointed because I love coming to this store, but this experience was not a pleasant one and I don’t know if I will be back due to the rudeness of this employee. Honestly wanted to talk to the manager while I was there, but thought it would better if I didn’t cause a scene unlike this employee.
