I ordered my son's letterman's jacket through them and it turned out awesome! They had numerous options to choose from and were very careful about having his input on where he wanted his patches placed, etc.

Do NOT order a lettermans jacket from here. Pure insanity! Can not get anything right!!! Can't follow their own directions. Screwed up 2 jackets and has taken almost a year to get it done. Now we are going to have holes in the arm of one kid's jacket. Can't spell our last name right (which they have on their order documents and the payment receipt). Total waste of money and time. Wanted to support a local business, but at this point really wish we wouldn't have wasted our money or our kid's limited time. Could have been wearing their jacket from somewhere else already.

I’m all for shopping local keeping money in the community. I needed a custom hoodie for my nephew who’s dad tragically passed away. I wasn’t sure if they did or would be willing to do such work so I stopped in to ask. The gentleman was extremely polite said we usually don’t, but we can make an exception awesome! Right I was stoked. Gave the details left a quote I wanted on the back emailed the photo. He asked when I needed it, it was the 20th I asked is the 29th at all possible? He said we will get on it first thing next week! Yay ? totally excited! Didn’t hear from them again. I called on the 2nd got a different man had no idea what I was talking about got put on hold he looked it up said yes sorry for the confusion it will be done this week again extremely polite. Good great thank you guys so much. Friday morning the 4th call to check if it’s ready? Again the man has no clue what I’m talking about?? Hummm get placed on hold he figures it out comes back says Jay took over it’ll be ready by the end of the day! Awesome totally stoked. I call at 4:45 to go pick it up and the man says no sorry won’t be done tell next week ?? completely bummed canceled my order.... Gonna try out corvallis customs hopefully they can follow through.

Only sports store that actually helped me find a basketball jersey the day of instead of turning me around without any assistance like big 5, OSU bookstore or shirt circuit.

These people are awesome!!! I got a hoodie made there & it's my absolute favorite!!! Definitely 5 Stars!!! The price was great, the quality is unbeatable, & the service was excellent!!! I'll definitely be doing business with them in the future!!!
