I highly recommend Holderread's birds. I have heard from other sources that the quality of stock is the best in the world. In my own experience every duck I've purchased from them was wonderful in every way. The breadth of knowledge and wisdom they share about breeding and caring for waterfowl is most helpful and appreciated as well.

Of all the geese that I've had, my favorite are still from Holderread Waterfowl Farm. Not only did they send beautiful goslings, they sent replacements when mine were killed by my dogs. The geese grew into the most beautiful friendly geese I have ever known. When I tell people I have geese everyone is always asking aren't they mean?? Not mine! Super friendly and they squawk when they know you are coming with food. They don't attack, they do hiss during mating season but even then... the geese turned out large and very beautiful. I purchased an African goose from someone else and it was tiny just a little larger than my ducks... I am so happy with my purchase that I would purchase again! I just wish I had the space now
