“You can use your membership worldwide 24/7. I’ve used it in three different states and two foreign countries successfully so far. Fob is very easy to use. Elibeth and her team do a great job. They are friendly and super responsive. They treat you like family and always greet you .The gym is clean with good work out music playing. It’s small but has all the equipment you need and the price is right. You can take a guest for $10 day fee too which is nice when you have people visiting. You can go any time of day. I always feel safe. They have a reasonably priced personal trainer, Frank, who is super too if you need that. He does group training too. When you join he does a comprehensive no pressure assessment and they have a machine that tells you all kinds of information about your health.”
