Global did work in one of my Mercades quite a while back and I let them know of a problem on my other Mercades and he told me to bring it by. It took me many months to show back up but it was not a problem for Global. They kept their word and also was at no charge. I love how they kept their word and also know what they are doing.

I’m telling you THIS is the PLACE to get your car sorted! Charlie the owner is super acknowledging all the details about cars, he changed my GT3 belt within hour and only charged me 1/10 what Porsche dealership will charge me. The job just done right! If u have any problems just let him know, best customer service In the area!

Charlie worked on my Audi Q7 to fix some cosmetic issues prior to me selling it. He found cost effective parts (I know, "For an Audi!?"), and offered to have me purchase them to avoid markup. He then did the repairs, which required some craftsmanship to repair some broken parts not clearly evident until he crawled under the dash. The repair was clean, robust, on time and on budget and he was texting me throughout the process never leaving me wondering about status. True professional and very customer service oriented.

They are lifesavers here. My brakes needed to be replaced asap and I didnt realize the severity of my brakes since I’m clueless about that kind of thing. Charlie got my brakes ordered and done in less than 24 hours and charged me half of what the big corporation services quoted me. They even drove me home so I could leave my car on the lot and had the car ready before I was even ready for work in the morning. I don’t normally write reviews but I cannot thank these guys enough for their work.

My daughter's VW beetle's hood would not open. They took the car in shortly after I arrived and in less than an hour I was on my way. Their rates were very reasonable.
As I waited for my car, I noticed the owner went out of his way with customers. I mentioned it and he said he and his wife have lived in Philomath their entire lives and you have to treat the people you live with right.
I recommend Global Automotive Repair for your automotive repair needs.

Range Rover Evoque leaking antifreeze.- Great service and attention to Detail. Charlie made the entire process comfortable and communicated the necessary information and was able to get the job done timely. He was kind enough to work me into his busy schedule. Found the leak and replaced the parts necessary.Definitely recommend!
