We've had maintenance and repairs done several times over the years. Always does a great job. We wish he would take on e-bikes, but understand it's not what he wants to work on. Highly recommend.

Came in with a flat, was out within 15 mins. Charged $14 for inner tube and change. I didn't have the proper tools to change it on my own at the time and was far from home, so this was a life saver. Owner was friendly and knew his stuff

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I love working with sole proprietors even if from time to time it may cost a bit more. He earned every penny helping me find the right bike, setting it up and making sure when I rode away it would be what I wanted. His repair skills are excellent too. Go (to) Julian!

Broken chain got me here. The person at the counter (I believe he is the owner of the shop) fixed it right away with a master link and changed me fairly. He was professional and knowledgeable about KHS bike I brought in. He checked few extra things when I shared my concern, and assured it is safe to ride back to Albany. Gave me an advice on when to change the chain and estimated cost. Overall, very positive experience. Would consider coming back :)

Julian has always done an awesome job for our families bicycles whether it was a tune up, or sales of bicycles or accessories. He is an honest hard working owner operator who's has charged us fairly for work performed. I highly recommend his shop for all of your bicycle needs. It is a stand out business for Philomath and all of Benton County, Oregon.

I had to stop in here for an emergency because my tires were flat… Julian was the gentleman that helped me and he was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and really helped me out! For future bike issues I might have I plan on going back and seeing him!

I walked in to this bike shop and asked to borrow a screwdriver to screw the bolts on my cycle cleats. The man at the counter told me he doesn't lend tools. I told him I needed to tighten three bolts on the bottom of my cleats. He again said no. I asked him if he would do it so he didn't need to give me the tool. He bluntly said no. I don't know about you but when I need to fix something as small as that on my bike I can walk into almost any business anywhere and ask for help and I've never been turned down. When I walked into a bike shop to fix bike parts and get told no that's a bike shop I don't want to go back to.
