“I've rented vehicles on several occasions from Boutique Air up by the airport simply because I thought they were the only local option. They've never been the best, but they were at least functional.After reserving my last vehicle a month in advance, they decided to wait until the night before I was supposed to pick it up to tell me they only rent cars to prop who fly in, not locals.Since I was a local resident and couldn't provide a flight number, I was informed I was unable to rent their vehicles and my rental was cancelled. I've searched their website from top to bottom and still can't find this policy.I called My Own Auto Sales minutes before they closed and was able to secure a vehicle for the next morning, even though it was a Sunday and they weren't scheduled to be open.The vehicle ended up having an uncharged battery that wouldn't turn over, and I was instantly switched to a different car (and given a discount for the issue). They went above and beyond any expectations, and I will definitely be using them again.”
