Your bank tellers are not the brightest they’re very stupid. They’re very rude but it’s also in Pendleton, so I’m not surprised or I guess I should say I shouldn’t be surprised.

I opened a business account online and dealt with technical difficulties funding the account. I came into this branch seeking assistance with the account and was greeted with a condescending and rude attitude by a teller who treated my business as an inconvenience. Customer service is not for everybody, and that was certainly the case here.There are other banks in town that I will likely switch to and I would advise you do the same. I would not recommend using this branch of US Bank.

Against better judgement I opened an account here because that was the only way I could get rolls of coins from them (or so was told). When I did ask, I got "Come back next week" cause there wasn't anyone to go with the teller to the vault. The following week I asked the same teller again and got "Oh we can't do that unless you have a business account". Maybe if they had been honest upfront and didn't have horrible hours, I might have kept an account there. Makes sense why this is the worst rated bank in town.

The hours are terrible! The least they could do is reverse charges for using another bank's atm. I have banked with US bank for way too long-over 18 years. Time to switch banks!

Tina, the manager of Pendleton branch called me on the phone within 5 min after i had left a message. It took her 2 minutes to help with what i requested. (which was a personal request) US bank has gotten to big to remember the individual person. bottom line is DOLLARS ONLY! but this is all corporate rules (the big money boys) the hours all the charges etc.are not the peoples who work there.unfortunately the staff gets all the flack. they are however responsible for their attitude, which is high on my list, in any business place I go. With the manager,Tina, I'm sure she stays seriously on top of that. I find her an excellent manager. For corporate I give a 0 (zero) stars.

I came in today to drop off a deposit on behalf of my company and inquire about a “monthly maintenance fee” on my personal account that was not automatically waived as it has been for the last several months. When it was my turn to get to the register, the teller, Ashley, walked away to lock the doors (I came in 5 mins to close) without acknowledging me. I asked the other teller if she was going to help me.When I got to the desk, I gave the teller the deposit from my company and asked about the maintenance fee. I was then told to write down my information so Tina (a banker) could call me back to which my response is “I will just call customer service”.I was then aggressively and rudely reprimanded by Tina for asking if the teller was going to help me. She threateningly insinuated that she would be contacting the company I work for about me conducting myself “unprofessionally” because I asked if I was going to be helped by the teller that walked away as I approached the desk.Terrible experience at this branch today and due to this unfortunate sequence of awful customer service interactions I will likely move my money elsewhere.

The hours they are open are horrible! Most everyone works between 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Put the customers needs as a priority and at least stay open later on Friday's! I'm switching my account to a credit union that is open later on weekdays and is actually open on a Saturday...now that's customer service and putting the needs of the customer first!

Your atm never works, so I was forced to take out cash at another atm (on more than one occasion) you refuse to refund me the money, because it is what the other bank charged. I would have had to go to another bank if your atm worked. You have the worst customer service. Looks like I’ll move my account to another bank that would actually like my business that has a working atm.

In the process of switching banks. This bank is never open and when they are, the drive thru wait is TERRIBLE. Back when you could walk in, there is one, maybe two tellers and a bunch of other people sitting on their phones at their desks. I have banked with US for over ten years and this branch has made sure it wont be 11.

We went today to close my son's account. We were there, and could've been in dt, but thought we had to go in. They would not let us in. They said that we had to go through the dt, but there was no one there that could do that right now. So, even if we went through there 45 minute line, we wouldn't be able to close the empty account, so they could charge us more in monthly fees. Us bank as a company are a bunch of theives!!!

You can't even manage to schedule well enough to cover lunches what makes you think I would give you any of money you can't even maintain banker hours. I don't even have account with you some of my clients do. It is infuriating... I truly have never seen a bank care less about his clients.

I am done with them. In the process of switching banks. I have been there for 16 years but since new manager worthless. sorry for the employees. Went to use ATM on Tuesday and it wasn't working. 9:28 am and cars already lined up at drive thru. I went and paid the price to use another bank's atm. DONE!! I went on a friday not long ago and drive through was closed at 3:30pm and ATM limited the amount I needed out so I was SOL. Why are you not open until 5 like US banks in portland area and WHY do you close the drive through for an hour lunch!!!! You have enough employees to cover. Feel better after that rant. Bye Bye
