Promised 300 mbps for 1/2 the day been 13bps and this happens everyday

Waste of time. Service is down a lot for the price they charge. Hard to understand a lot of the technical staff. I will be looking elsewhere soon.

Think they are out of business, lost service 4days ago, no response from customer service, they state Blue Mountain Networks is transitioning their accounts. However, Blue Mountain does not respond with time or date a service tech will arrive to provide me the service I pay for. What a joke company
