“Tina, the manager of Pendleton branch called me on the phone within 5 min after i had left a message. It took her 2 minutes to help with what i requested. (which was a personal request) US bank has gotten to big to remember the individual person. bottom line is DOLLARS ONLY! but this is all corporate rules (the big money boys) the hours all the charges etc.are not the peoples who work there.unfortunately the staff gets all the flack. they are however responsible for their attitude, which is high on my list, in any business place I go. With the manager,Tina, I'm sure she stays seriously on top of that. I find her an excellent manager. For corporate I give a 0 (zero) stars.”
