The hard work and great service by several of the clerks and the manager at this branch are spoiled by one bad apple. Kayla was rude, condescending, and exceedingly unhelpful during our visit today. This is not the first problem my family has had with this clerk. A simple request for information about rates on CDs was met with snide derision. The experience was negative enough to have me looking for anywhere else to place my deposit.

I banked with west coast bank then it became Columbia bank for almost 30 years with both my business and my personal accounts I had great service then when the latest merger with umpqua bank things turned terrible.Employees change like weekly service is horrible the last straw is the bank accepted two homemade checks crudely copping my company checks and allowed them to be processed for a total of 9700.$ and are refusing to cover them.one was even signed by writing the name of my company not a persons name .!!!!!!!

Struggle to fill a request of.00001 of total deposits. This ain’t a bank but a house of cards.In general one employee is great while the others… c you next Tuesday ;)

We have recently moved from KeyBank to Columbia and have outstanding service at every juncture except today. I was obviously an imposition in Katie’s very important day/work. Odd to have such rude, condescending service when other employees have been great.

Terrible communication with customers and terrible app functionality. Does not warn customers in meaningful ways when new policies are implemented that may result in said customer paying more where they previously paid nothing. Unsympathetic Tellers who are quick to defend themselves rather than show empathy. I ended my services with them feeling scammed of both my time and money. Banking app for Columbia is outdated and slow, with hardly any useful functions. Absolutely do not recommend this bank or any of its locations.

I deposited cash into my daughter's account at 1:45 pm on Tuesday May 30th. At 9:45 May 31st the cash was still not available to my daughter. I had to call the bank to get the cash available for my daughter. they said it was a processing issue but for a cash deposit to not be readily available is unacceptable.
