I’m not one to leave bad reviews often, but this place needs a serious change in some of their staff. They’re rude, impatient, and act like you’re an inconvenience to them. I’d skip this place altogether and go somewhere else.

Negative 2 stars! This place is a joke. Argued with them all day because apparently pharmacists know better than doctors about prescribing medicine. Dr. Prescribed a high dose of antibiotics for a massive infection, and they wouldn't fill it. Then, after the Dr chewed them out and got them to fill it, I called to make sure I wasn't wasting a trip back there and was on hold for over 45 minutes even while I was in the pharmacy drive through with a clear view in watching people standing around doing nothing. I will be switching pharmacys

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. Back in September I had new prescription made for my medication that I need to be on everyday. I go to fill them yesterday and they lost my prescription they said they never received them even though I have proof they were sent to them on Sept 11. Instead of trying to figure out what happened they HUNG UP ON ME!!! Can you imagine not having your life saving meds I’m already panicking and they HANG UP ON ME!!!!!

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. Back in September I had new prescription made for my medication that I need to be on everyday. I haven’t had an easy experience at this pharmacy even once but this weekend was the cherry on top. I’m sick, my whole family is sick, I need a prescription to be started on a specific day and time in order to prepare for an upcoming surgery. I’m sure most people have urgent needs when it comes to a prescription… not just me, and I get that. However I go to fill it on Saturday. They say it’ll take a couple hours. I ask if I can pick it up first thing the next day bc I’m currently fairly ill, they say @sure it’ll definitely be ready by tomorrow morning”. Great! Thank you! I wait until noon to pick it up the following day but… it’s not ready. They don’t even know what prescription I’m picking up! It’s the only one I e dropped off! They say it’ll be a few hours. Okay… so I go back hours later and the drive thru is closed, but no indication they’re open at all just a sign that says pharmacist is out and no prescriptions can be filled. I call the store to ask what is going on and let them know I’ll need my written prescription back so I can fill it somewhere else and guess what??? The people are in the pharmacy filling prescriptions but didn’t want to deal with the drive thru. Sure you don’t. That’s fine. Just put up a sign that says “come inside”. Hire more staff Walgreens! Treat your employees better and I’m sure the customers will benefit.

This is the worst pharmacy! it takes a minimum of 8+hours to fill a 28pill prescription. even then,half the time it still won't be ready until next day....and after dealing with the rudeness of every employee there for over a year hoping it would get better but it's only gotten worse I'm definitely picking up my LAST prescription there tomorrow because they only had 7.5 hours to fill 28pills today

Do not go here for the pharmacy. Not only do they not staff it appropriately, they lie to customers making them wait hours for vaccines they don't actually have it appears. And their manager puts staff and patients in unsafe and unsanitary conditions. I wouldn't want anything in my arm from this place. You'd be wise to use CVS or Rite Aide.

If you’re like myself, and like to look up products availability online before he had to the store, especially their prices, don’t bother with the store… I looked up a certain product and came to this location because it was much cheaper than Fred Meyer‘s or Safeway and they wouldn’t even match the price that’s on their website at that specific location even though it was on their app as well… it’s very frustrating and definitely will be my last time shopping here… they didn’t even offered to help in anyway…

This Pharmacy is not only the worst pharmacy imaginable - this pharmacy is probably the most inept business in the State of Oregon. Nobody can answer basic questions, including manager and pharmacist. Every basic refill is a complete mess with refusals, delays and nobody from the pharmacy can say why. Nobody knows and worse, nobody cares. They are so poor at their jobs at this Walgreens pharmacy, the entire pharmacy should be shut down, all of the people working there dismissed, new people hired and retrained. They need a manager that understands what the purpose of a pharmacy is. Shut this place down and start again.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy - sat on hold for over an hour waiting to call an RX in for a patient. Called main # from cell after an hour and was informed their pharmacy is closed today due to pharmacist calling out. Was told they were unable to update outgoing vm to let others know :/

Worst possible service!!! Sometimes it takes more than 3 visits to get an Rx filled. Always an excuse, never an apology! Find another pharmacy!

If you think making an appointment will save time, think again. Not at Walgreens. I got to their pharmacy and had to stand in line a LONG time only to find out that I would have to wait a LONG time AGAIN for what I went in for. Instead of wasting even more time, I left. I made an appointment at another pharmacy and it went as expected. Needless to say, I will never use Walgreens pharmacy for anything ever again. Too bad there isn't a ZERO star rating.

Their obvious pharmacists labor/salary impasse has led to a shocking inability to be a reliable source to meet a patient’s critical medication needs. They intermittently, with out notice, simply close at various times due to a lack of a licensed pharmacist on location. I don’t understand why this random act, that places patients health status in jeopardy, doesn’t violate both federal and state pharmacy licensing standards. There is clearly something seriously inept in their management. The appearance of indifference to patient needs violates basic principles of medical ethics.

Arrived for flu vaccine. I was late by 15 min, however no one was waiting. Late due to unforseen circumstances. Nonetheless, female pharmacist was rude. I asked about waiting and again rude reply. I thought the goal was to get people vaccinated. Very disappointed as I work in healthcare. I had completed my forms online and had insurance card ready. I took an hour out of my day just to be refused when it would have taken her 5 minutes.

Bad experience. Took 45 minutes starting at 1015 am to get prescription that I'd called in a week prior to showing up.
