I don't know why, but everytime I come here it's usually a great experience. The hiring or training of these people just seems to never miss. The younger guy (employee 254958) was no different. Knowledgeable, relating, helpful, kind.

How about if your googled business hours say you close at 7pm and your posted signs say you close at 7pm…you maybe don’t close 15 minutes before that? I understand this is a chain and not a local-owned business, but just change your posted hours if you don’t want to be open after a certain timeframe. People appreciate reliability when dealing with businesses, especially one that deals with shipping.

There are a lot of UPS stores around, but this is the one to visit — even if it’s not the closest to you. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Jordan, an employee of the store, was walking back to the store. As he passed by my car he offered to assist with a very large package. He could have walked on by but instead offered amazing customer service. Way to go Jordan!

I parked my car directly in front of the store, a 2 second walk if that, the time 6:59. I walked in there were two male employees. One is helping a woman at the counter, the other did not say anything he just looked at me. The young man still with the woman said sorry mam we are closed. It just turned 7 as I looked on my phone. I could not believe it, it's not like I had packages I simply needed to have something faxed. He said sorry we are closed, and you have to leave. I was absolutely stunned. I was in the store before 7 yet because it was 7 when he finished with the woman, he could no longer help me. I know it isn't a huge deal but at the same time it is. What kind of customer service is this. I am so frustrated; this young man was absolutely rude and did not even make eye contact. My son was waiting in the car and obviously could not hear what was said however he knew exactly what had happened. He too was disappointed and in disbelief. Poor customer service.

Instead of putting our materials into a next day air pouch, they taped the label onto our ziplock bag and shipped that. Needless to say, that didn't work well.

Friendly staff.Print prices a bit on higher side for email service.Usually service is quick, but one time when going in their computer froze up and their was a line so it took a little bit.

Good location, parking a little rough sometimes but ok. Service is always good. Close to where I live, never a hassle and good for Amazon returns! Good job and prices on photos on canvas, cute greeting cards too!

Always have great service here, recently was helped by Jordan with notary service who, at the same time, juggled multiple requests from customers and co-workers alike. All done helpfully and courteously.
