This is for the Pacific pride commercial fueling side of the station. Theres Pacific Pride stations everywhere. Go to literally any other one the pumps here are garbage. If you do not hold the pump up it won't run it'll just shut off. It's outstanding if you want to stand in the rain and breathe gas fumes. Junk equipment.

Just witness a sad occurrence. A homeless lady that comes into my office to use the phone called the number that Chevron gave her to check on a job application. The lady who answered the phone was very condescending and wouldn't even check on the application. Because the lady mentioned that she is looking for a job so she can work on getting a place to live the person who answered refused to act like a human and just check the application. Instead, she told the lady that they weren't hiring. We know this is false because after the lady hung up we called the Chevron again to confirm they were hiring. Shame on you for acting like that to someone who is willing to work to get herself out of homelessness.

I used to to work at the red barn car wash in Oregon city. The manager is so disrespectful he constantly screams and yells. Then when I reported him to the main office my hours got cut and within a week they let me go. So if you were smart don’t put your application in at stein oil company.

What in the world happened to the great lady Mgr? She had the store in great condition, food out, cleaned everything up. It has gone back to a pit, so sad. NO food, no one.knows what needs to be done. Man on the weekend does not have ANY customer svc skills, just there for the paycheck. Bad choice to not keep her. The store needs people who know what they need to do. Rather than stand around looking at their phone.

They are absolute thieves, they won't give you change at their chevron station . They say the country has a shortage so they just round up every purchase. No coins.. crooks. Even the employees said they are pretty sure its illegal but they are being told by the boss to refuse to give coin change . . Maybe round down then not up thieves

Not surprised cars get damaged as the training process for employees is very limited, at least thats the case at the Harrison St. location as managers are unable to show new employee anything until a actual customer comes in. So you are basically learning on/at the expense of customers vehicles or tanks.

My SUV was damaged in their Clackamas car wash location. I immediately notified their employees of the damage. They apologized and admitted guilt for the damages. I filled our a damage form and contacted their main office. Their main office admitted guilt for the damage after reviewing the video tapes. I got 3 appraisals from different local companies and submitted them. they had their insurance people(from Idaho) send someone out that had not automotive experience(straight from their mouth) to take 4 pictures. I was a sent a check for 1/10th of the damages. When I contacted their insurance company, they refused to discuss with me over the phone. I contacted their cooperate office and they refused to call me back. They wouldn't take my calls and only asked that I leave a message. I never received a return call despite multiple attempts, I recommend that no take the chance of using their car washing facilities. It is worth driving 10mins to another company north or south on I-205!!!

This company doesn’t even deserve one star they treat their employees horribly when an employee Wants to speak to management of a concern Or a problem they are having as an employee. They are discarded hours cut after a little then they’re fired saying they quit. Not the first time this is happens... Read More

This company is shady, management is rude and needs to watch their own customer service videos a few more times. They are poorly run, Sue is disrespectful to her employees and only cares about money, not people. I will never use their product again, and I hope my review has given others an insight to their company. I was fired for being pregnant at the car wash, and Sue "had no where else to put me" yet, there was an office position upstairs... Which I found on Craigslist that day. What a piece of work.
