I hadn't thought about writing a review for a company, but stumbled upon Sundhara and her company's reviews. I want to leave a review as a person's ability to share real thoughts, should they be good or bad. I'm pleased to say that Sundhara has worked with us for several years now. Our taxes are really not that complicated, but I feel a Professional should help, as I know I don't know all of the regs and tax laws. Sundhara can be summed up for me with one word, EXCELLENT. She not only does our taxes but has always welcomed questions with quick responses! Thank you for allowing me to share these thoughts.

I'm not having the best time with this tax preparer. We've been working together for at least 3 tax years. Communication has been inconsistent. Emails go unanswered sometimes. Phone calls are with staff that often can't answer my questions. I gave them all my info this year. When they presumably did my taxes, they sent me a bill, but nothing else. I was never given the option go over it. There was no confirmation that they sent it, when they sent, what they sent, or what I owe. I had to ask for a copy of the return they worked on. I am not feeling super confident with them at this point.

Awful service! I've used them for several years and service has gotten progressively worse. We submitted our docs in Feb and we are in May. Taxes still not filed. Received email saying you owe this and this with no explanation why. It's been a struggle to get docs, etc. with us having to follow through. Next year we will use another tax preparer.

Despite contacting this company in January, uploading all requested documents, by mid-March as well as a phone consult in February with the person I thought was supposed to prepare my taxes - heard nothing from them by mid-April - except that my tax return was "in the Que". Emails and phone calls were not returned. I finally located a tax preparer who agreed to meet with me less than 24 hours after I contacted him - he plans to have my return completed in 2 weeks. I do not recommend this business!

Sundara has helped me get my new business taxes in order so that I can make sure I am following all the current laws, itemizing my deductions properly and staying on track! It is so nice to have someone watch your financial back when you are busy working! I highly recommend her services!

If you have a small business then they were a great company to work with (less than 10 employees). If you are a middle sized business, STAY AWAY. They are terrible at communication and you might reach out to them 8-10x before you will get a response to someone from 6 months prior (IRS letter-multiple times). I have had multiple CPAs and my experience with them was by far the worst.

These people are wizards. Gitella is amazing. She keeps everything in order and does all my bookkeeping. She makes my job so much easier when it comes to keeping track of everything related to expenses. Above and beyond!Sundhara saved me thousands of dollars on taxes! I’m so grateful. She gives awesome advice and I’m happy to have them by my side for the future.Dana is the executive administrative assistant. She makes everything go smooth. She is so helpful and makes stuff easy. If you are in need of these services, hire them! They are very reasonable and they will make your life so much easier!

We were happy with Serenity for a few years but in the last two years their service has declined steeply and we have taken our business elsewhere. The office staff are friendly but all pertinent information is known only to Sundhara, who has become unbelievably unresponsive (apparently even to her own employees). If you enjoy the suspense of knowing nothing about your tax status until after final deadlines, and generally screaming into the void, then this is the tax firm for you.

Sundhara and Gitella are amazing. They make getting your taxes done a breeze. They keep you up to date on tax changes that may affect your business. Their prices are reasonable. Coco is their tax therapy dog that hangs out in the office. If you are looking for a good tax person that is easy to talk to this is the team. Highly recommended.

Sundhara at Serenity Tax is hands down one of the best! When I first sat down with Sundhara I didn't even know if I was ready to hire a tax and accounting person but she was willing to sit down with me (for free) and answer all my questions and even provide some free advice! I know that Sundhara is in the business because she cares and helps to make sense out of tax nonsense because at the end of our talk and explaining to her my tax situation, she actually told me now is probably not the time to use a tax preparer such as herself (how selfless is that??). I greatly appreciated her honesty and her not pushing me to use her services when she could see it would cost me more to use her than a free service and because of her generosity I will definitely be using her in the years to come!

Serenity Tax and Accounting is one of the best in the tri-county area. Sundhara the owner of Serenity will make your tax experience very relaxing and you will understand what she is telling you from the beginning to the end. Her staff has to be one of the most friendly and understanding staffs on how complicated and stressful having your taxes done can be. They will make having your taxes done a breeze. Give them a call and you'll know exactly what Im talking about.
