2024: 3 stars. Most recent experience was poor. I have always stopped here a lot in the past. They are very judgy and take a long time to do returns. Didn't really want to look around after because between waiting in line awhile and how long and awkward the return was I was already exhausted. They accept returns but then they make the process awful for customers returning items? Doesn't make me want to continue shopping here as a repeat customer.

Cashier asked if I would like to donate and I said no thank. After paying she asked again if I’d like to round up, I said no again and she then proceeded to round up. I noticed she had done something similar with the older two ladies in front of me. Not an ideal place to shop when the associate is trying to reach some donation quota and pushing donations.
