“I really did kind of have a bad experience here at first, but Nadia, one of the pharmacists, basically saved the day for me and I guess also my life? Lol I have pneumonia. They know me very well at this pharmacy at this point. Nadia listened to me and was so so kind to me. She did an override of my Amoxicillin because I do need a new dosage. New dosage, makes it a new prescription. Instead of having to wait 2 days for it to run through insurance, I get them today because of Nadia! (The previous tech would not do this I guess or I’m not sure what was going on with Kathy last night on 4/15/25). I appreciate Nadia so much. Thank you Nadia! ??”
“Best pharmacy ever. They always let me know when my prescription is ready. They let me know when my prescription is being sent to my house. And they conveniently send me my prescriptions.”

“Honestly, compared to Walgreens, this pharmacy is great. I’ve never had any problems with them and the staff is usually very friendly. They are always busy and I can see it in their faces sometimes but they work very hard.”
“I was in the neighborhood, and stopped to read the reviews. The reviews were not that great, but I decided to come here anyway. It was 4pm and everything looked like a normal Walgreens. The cars in the parking lot looked normal. There weren't any people hanging out on the sidewalk. Looks safe to me. I went inside, and it still looked like a normal Walgreens. Humm, I dunno about those other reviews... I've never been here before, but I decided to look for the KT Tape in the same area of the store that I had found it at other Walgreens, near the Pharmacy in the back. The line at the Pharmacy was only 2 people, and the pharmacy tech was helping the first person in line. This seems normal also. I passed a few other customers, and they were minding their own business. This is a normal thing. I found the KT Tape and went to the check-out. There were a couple of customers before me, so I got to watch the interactions. The cashier was young, thin, with green hair, and had a smile on her face. She was chatting with the customers who were in line before me, and she was friendly, sociable, and laughing at their jokes. I had a good experience, and the wait times were absolutely normal. Seems like a normal Walgreens to me.”
“I'll never go to a different pharmacy. Sometimes we had to go to another but every time I never got the service I did like I do here Genoa. The workers in here always greet and smile. Carry conversations with you. And better yet start calling you by name in just couple weeks. I love this place. I drive 60 miles round trip just to pick up my scripts from them. Keep up the hard work you guys are rock stars”
“I’m not one for reviewing gas stations but this one really stands out. There are 3 teenagers Blake, Isaac and Stephen. They all are funny and get stuff done. I like to come here a lot now. Well done all 3 of you.”

“The staff at this pharmacy is the best. I moved 30 minutes from there with many closer options, yet I still make the drive to OC because they are the best. They often deal with impatient, rude customers yet are very professional about it. They look into prescription issues and do their best to be helpful.”

“The Rite Aid in the Oregon City Shopping Center have the best employees. Nowadays people need to feel safe, the staff at this location provide a pleasant and peaceful environment. I feel comfortable shopping here, and I have fun too. These employees are so kind and helpful.

“I was kinda surprised with a bi-mart funny story. My kid needed a restroom and other places we go they do not have one. So I went to this bi-mart, but they required membership, so I signed up just to use their restroom. But i actually like it, and I will come back.”
