Really great place for groups or families. The people who run it and the volunteers are all so friendly and informative. All the donkeys are super well behaved around people and so cute.

Jim is a very friendly person, he and the volunteers are passionate, accommodating and caring folks. Tons of fun and I learned stuff about donkeys!

About Oregon Donkey Sanctuary
Oregon Donkey Sanctuary NW is a registered 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to educating people about these often neglected and "invisible" equines. We offer assistance in rehoming donkeys, network with other like rescues, and offer occasional visitation days here at the sanctuary to allow visitors to learn and spend time with these wonderful creatures. We also offer help to current donkey owners on proper care for their donkeys. We are supported only by donations and 100% of donations go for the care and feeding of the 20 donkeys here on sanctuary.
