Called to ask questions and they were incredible. So nice , not pushy at all. Was happy to suggest getting a new vacuum as he was to repair it.

James is the type of business owner that makes business owners look amazing. If every business owner was as knowledgeable, friendly, and caring as James, every business would be thriving. I live in Tennessee and he called and left a voice mail for me regarding apart that I had ordered.
There was an issue on the payment process (mine, not his) and he was kind enough to contact me about it. He didn't have to do that as the part I needed is hard to find and sought-after. Meaning, he could easily have just sold it to the next customer in need of the part.
We got the payment issue resolved and I can't thank him enough for everything he did.
This is a man you can trust. Thank you James.

Took my shampooer in about 1/2 hr before closing, the brush wasn't going around. He wouldn't touch it (said he didn't have time to put mask & gloves on) and said he was closing. I had hoped to give to local small business, but I ended up giving my business to Stark's.

The owner walked me through exactly what needed to be done in order to get my vacuum cleaner working correctly again. In addition he detailed the pros and cons of repairing the over 10 year old cleaner. His quote was accurate and he had the cleaner ready for pickup days prior than his commitment. We highly recommend this business!!

Amazing service! I thought my 10+ year old Kirby was in way worse shape but James reassured me and got me everything I needed to be on my way that very same visit. Highly recommend this for vacuum service and supplies.

Worked with Jame's this past weekend via phone across country. He was very helpful and had, and knew what I needed. I couldn't be happier, as I received the part today and it works great. The wife is happy and so am I. Wish all companies had this type if repor and follow through. Would definetley recommend again as well as order again from James

Placed a order online for some vacuum parts and accessories. The order arrived promptly, much faster than I thought it would. I received exactly what I ordered but not what I actually needed. I emailed James and he was quick to reply even though it was his day off (shop was closed). He said he would check out the matter more closely when he returned to work the following day.The next morning I found not only a email reply but also a text message from James with the resolution to my problem. I do 95% of my shopping online, especially since becoming disabled, and it experiences like the one I had with Oregon City Vacuum and James that give me confidence to keep doing so!

Oregon Vacuum center is the absolute best place to buy vacuums, parts and accessories. I've been buying from James for about a year now. He's helped me through a few repair issues before. He walked me through the entire process and provided me with the exact parts I needed. I like how fast his shipping is and also his fair pricing. I won't use anybody else. I live in Ohio and can't find anyone as knowledgeable or equal to the customer service he provides. If you are looking for a new vacuum look no further. He will not disappoint!

I took my vacuum to be serviced after 4 years and it is now running great! The owner is very detail oriented, clean, and extremely knowledgeable about vacuums. He saved me from purchasing a new vacuum by making my existing one run like a dream. He has my business going forward from buying new vacuum cleaner bags to eventually a new vacuum. I highly recommend this business!
