Terrible customer service!! Owner was yapping away with a friend and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Finally a nice girl helped, but she didn’t know much about baseball; just softball. Just a BIG waste of time. The place in Beaverton is far superior and helpful.

Wonderful customer service. Even though the store didn’t have what I wanted, the woman at the counter graciously called quite a few other stores for me until she was able to locate my item and reserve it. She saved me hours of searching and certainly gave me hope for humankind. I don’t remember her name but I will long remember her kindness

I don’t often put out bad reviews but this was very disappointing. Told putting OCHS letters on a swim jacket would take a couple days. But a month later they still hadn’t called or done the job. No call to me for an update even when I went to the store to ask about it. So I went back and just got the jacket back not done. Lack of basic customer service and nonexistent follow up was astounding. Will never go there for anything again.

I want to support local business but this establishment has poor customer service. Got some equipment which was supposed to be shipped but when I called a couple of weeks later to follow up about it, no one called me back. I left messages, employees stated that someone would call me back and they never did. After over a month of trying, I got frustrated that I spent all this money and not get the equipment nor any follow up. Don't recommend!

Great customer service. They had everything we needed for my daughter's first year in softball and then some. And there is a batting cage in the back you can practice in. We will be back for future sporting needs!

Just bought a baseball bat from OC Sports. Awesome customer service, no pressure and they let us use the batting cage before we purchased the bat. Great prices from a locally owned small business. I highly recommend this store.

Love this place. Just purchased a basketball from here and it has the best customer service. The pricing is very good and it literally has EVERYTHING in there. Will go back next time I need something sports related.

My daughter ordered her letterman jacket on 11/10/21 and was told it would back by February at the latest. The jacket didn’t come back until 4/18/22, with her name spelled incorrectly (not the fault of OC Sporting goods). We never got a call that her corrected name came in, but our daughter called on 6/3/22 and they had it. We dropped the jacket off on 6/4/22 and was told it would be ready for pickup no later than 6/10/22. We are now being told it hasn’t come back from the seamstress. 7 months later and we have no letterman’s jacket and today is the last day of her high school career. She NEVER even got to wear the jacket.

I've been shopping there for the last 10 years. If you're looking for a glove, bat, catchers gear or anything in between OC Sports is where you need to shop. Kurt or Ray are the guys you need to see. They will take care of you.

Don't ever get a letterman jacket from this place. They gave us the go around. Kept making excuses on ware the jacket was. All they were doing was putting the patches on. 2 they just iron on which was not what I wanted. They are all ready falling off. Only been 2 days. The mascot on the back has a big bubble in the middle. And they put one of his bars on cricked. It took them almost 3 months to do this and I paid allot. I'm very angry and will never go here again!

Took over 3 months to get letterman jacket and when I called to check if ready the guy on the phone had horrible customer service and just hung up on me, I recommend finding somewhere else to get your letterman jacket!
