Their staff has been exceptional even during multiple times of lost cards and identity theft, which was no fault from their system. I have always been greeted with a smile a cheerfully when in the bank. Their phone customer service was been to the same high standard as in person.”

“I had an apt today at 4pm. I walked in at 345 and was greeted before I even sat down. The lady who helped me, (don't recall her name) was a nice blonde lady. She was very kind and very professional and kept fun small talk during my name change. She also greeted others during my apt to tell them people will be with them. Very kind and seamless process. I even got my email the same day stating my new card was ordered.”
“Very helpful tellers who work with you and are kind, only thing I don't like about this bank now is that they support and partner with this Drag for Kids shows, I do not support that at all and just may be changing banks soon to a place much closer to Central Oregon.”
