“Needed to check my transmission fluid witch is underneath the the rear of my corvette. They were polite and did it a couple of minutes, other Oil change company wouldn't do it. I was in a good place when I left this Jiffy Lube because of their customer service.”
“Noah the service manager was super helpful and attentive. We came in to have our AC serviced and he explained how it was done, and answered all of our questions. There was an issue with the machine - he stayed incredibly calm even though one of the technicians (Will) was being snotty and flippant to his boss in front of us. He was incredibly unprofessional and NOT a good look for your company!”
“Best experience at a Jiffy Lube. Went in to get my oil changed. Got in right away, no waiting, which was great because I had the kids with me. They washed my windows, AND, vacuumed the inside of my car! I’ve never been asked if I wanted my car vacuumed. It was awesome! I’ll definitely be back. Both Jake and Dom were great!!
