“Excellent customer service. Excellent inventory. Everything made in house and they’re local. Edit: do not work with the owner. Only work with Devin. We needed to exchange for a different bed and owner was so all over the place and couldn’t seem to focus. Told us the delivery was for 1030am and when I called the store I was told that yea he does that and messes up and there’s other customers annoyed too but was offered no resolution. Also, the owner told us the tinsel bed protector is breathable because we complained about the first bed being hot and I thought perhaps the protector was why and he said no. Got home and tried to breath through it and no air can get through so that was why the cooling topper wasn’t working.”

“It’s been a bit since I bought my bed, but I’m continually grateful to Tom for his excellent customer service and help in me finding the correct bed. I’d bought a bed at Bedmart that wasn’t working for me. Since it was within 90 days, I was able to upgrade my bed. Luckily I went back on a day when Tom was working. His knowledge and experience are second to none. Due to severe back issues, I ultimately needed a Tempurpedic which is out of my price range. Tom worked hard to find me an interest free financing deal with monthly payments I could afford. My body is grateful to Tom every night and morning, and my bank account feels the same every month! I highly recommend both Bedmart and working with Tom.”

“I can honestly say that my experience with the Lake Oswego location has been a very good one. I have not received my mattress as I just ordered it, so this review is only based on my sales and customer service experience at the Lake Oswego location. Nathan and all other store representatives that I dealt with were fantastic!I can not say this of either the Tualatin or Sherwood locations as I have had negative experiences at both locations with one being very recent at Tualatin. This time was completely different. Zero pressure and Nathan was very easy to work with. Courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was being fed one line of bull after another as has typically been my experience with bed shopping.”
“After 3 years of #vanlife, my old mattress was shot. I went to NA Mattress after recommendations from other van owners and Shawna, Josh and Nikki all took great care of me!!!! They make custom shapes for all types of vans and beds and even though my bed was non standard, they had the template for it and were able to fit new foam to my bed. I even got the foam on my seat cushions replaced too. TBH I didn't realize how worn out my old ones were, b/c the new bed and cushions are super plush and comfy. Another positive I want to point out is this is a small business and the owners are also van lifers and they totally get the unique needs of being nomadic. When I told them I was on a time line they worked with me, to get the order ready before I had to leave and even called to let me know when it was ready for pickup. All in all I can't be happier and I am sleeping so much better again now that I've got the new mattress. Whether your local or ordering online these folks are amazing and I expect you'll be pleased with the service, quality and customer service.”

“While the employees there are nice the company is awful. We bought a sofa which had damage just over a year after purchase. We thought we were all good because they had sold us a 289$ 5 year protection plan. But no, the crooked company they work with, Protectall, rejected our claim and would not even consider an appeal after we discovered the cause was our elderly mother’s use of a microwaveable heating disc. They also kept reporting on the claim that our couch is leather which is untrue. The employees told us Ashley no longer uses Protectall because they are so bad but we feel Ashley sold us that plan, we paid Ashley, so they should either repair our sofa or give us at least the money for the “protection plan”. Buyer beware!!!
Update- the day I printed this I got a call from the regional manager and they are replacing our sofa when I just wanted a repair. They have a new in house warranty company which they hope will work better for customers in the future. I am very grateful for this resolution!”
