“I loved the posts workers up front they were so helpful. I usually get the young man up front and he’s been great. The other ladies are just as wonderful. I live on barrington and my carrier is stupendous. Don’t know what all the negative comments are about. Post office is better than my last one in Hollywood.”

“During the busy holiday season, I needed to send a very fragile ceramic Disney Christmas decoration to my brothers in Southern California. Let me tell you that the employees at the West Linn UPS Store carefully wrapped each fragile part of the item with extreme care. Although I had to pay for special care packaging, it was well worth it, just knowing that it would arrive unbroken. My brothers were very happy in receiving the item, and we all joked about how it took them 30 minutes just to unwrap it! Thanks to ALL of the UPS employees who took the time to make sure my brother's Christmas present was received in one piece!!!”

“I recently had an incredible experience at The UPS Store that truly went above and beyond any customer service expectations. Just two days ago, while picking up a package, I found myself in a bit of a predicament as I had accidentally locked my keys inside my car. I mentioned my situation to one of the clerks, David, who was there at the time.
Without hesitation, David promptly finished up his tasks, and, taking time out of his own lunch break, offered to drive me to my house to retrieve my spare keys. During our trip, David's conversation was nothing short of inspiring; he spoke passionately about his love for his job, the excellent management at the store, and his overall outlook on life which was filled with positivity and kindness.
The level of commitment and warmth shown by David was phenomenal. It's clear that this store doesn't just hire employees; they nurture truly remarkable individuals who embody the values of their management. “The little gem of a station is just off SE Powell at SE 14th. It is a gem, often overlooked in favor of the larger Brooklyn Station on SE 7th. The result is generally shorter lines (if there are any at all). During the last couple of visits, there is one person "holding down the fort." It's better to have your packages securely taped prior to sending them, only because there are *occasional* shortages of packing supplies you may otherwise have a last-minute need for.”

“I saw an array of critical reviews for PostalAnnex (prior to writing this one), and it is easy to see why some folks might be alienated. Having said that, I had a remarkable experience with a PostalAnnex employee by the name of Jessica. We had a series of documents notarized and copied before sending them to an out-of-state business via Federal Express. The FedEx label was generated for us by the out-of-state business. The delivery of these time-sensitive documents was significantly delayed, and we had no idea how to track the package. Jessica took the time to sleuth through PostalAnnex records to help locate the tracking number and thus identify the snag.She went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Jennifer!”

“I've never had a single problem with the office for USPS at 3850 SE 82 Ave. Of course, I try to be as positive a person as I can so my transactions go smoothly. I'm hoping the other complaint ones don't go in on Christmas Eve or trying to rush them through what they want because they are late for dinner or a plane. That's just plain dumb. Try having a smile on your face and accept it and to your best to be nice. It is reciprocal. Give grumpy you'll get grumpy.”
