We had an opportunity come up to purchase a pretty sick car…. However that meant we needed to sell the one we currently had. I went in and met with Devin who was fantastic. Super easy to work with, met me right at the number I wanted and even went out of his way to accommodate getting me back to my side of town. Exceptional service all around! If you’re looking to sell your used car, this is the place to go and Devin’s your man.

I bought a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Premium over the weekend and I am very happy with my purchase. I won't lie, I have been searching for a car since March so as a consumer, I came in prepared and knowledgable about vehicle prices, warranties and what-not.
I had an appointment with Nygel who ended up being unavailable but thankfully I was scooped up by Tanner! If you can, wait to work with this guy. First off, car shopping is nerve-wracking regardless of who you are and Tanner made the experience enjoyable with light-hearted conversation and good laughs. In negotiating the deal, Tanner made every request I had, never told me 'no' and was very hospitable. This was my first time buying a car in such a way (I've always been a cash and Walmart parking lot kind of gal) and Tanner made the experience very worth it.
My only note, not even worth docking a star because he isn't worth diminishing the entire experience, was Bryan, the salesfloor lead(?). I know there are guys at the dealership that tell you 'no' and are the 'bad guy' but I swear, when you picture a greasy 90s car salesman, Bryan is your guy. Avoid him at all costs. He's short in conversation, curt, no bedside manner, and very awkward.
Otherwise, I love my new car and got a great deal! Tanner is the guy to meet with at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City!

Everyone seems very nice here, but we have the lifetime oil package through lithia and no matter what time of day you come it takes 3+ hours to get your oil changed. I usually get here 15-20 minutes prior to them opening and it still somehow takes that long to get finished. I’d just tell everyone to avoid purchasing that package as it’s completely oversold unless you want to have half of your day spent every time you need an oil change.

Worked with Devin and got a fair deal and absolutely no surprises! I kept waiting for the tag team approach and he is the only one I ever spoke with. Honest, fair and one that I would trust. Whether it be selling or buying a car-I would definitely come to see Devin before going anywhere else.

Deseo in Service has taken care of me each time I’ve come through. He’s often quite busy, but has always made time to thoroughly explain info re: repairs and general maintenance. He’s incredibly knowledgable and I’ve enjoyed working with him. Everyone I talked to in service was really great - Dominic, Gary(?). Typically a trip to the dealership is always a drag but the crew here is solid, and they’ve kept it moderately pain free. Bought my car at the Portland dealership but have come here exclusively for service.

I was met by a sales person; he was so "NOT-PUSH" at all. He asked what I wanted to look at and how I'd be driving. All through the process, I felt very comfortable in an environment where I would normally be pretty nervous.
