After seven years I had a minor repair I needed on my canopy. The line that goes from the control box to the electronic locking mechanism was toast thanks to a puppy riding back there. These guys repaired the matter in about 15 minutes and made it better than new for a super reasonable price! Thank you guys for quickly fixing this so our Christmas presents would be secure traveling for Christmas!

Waited an extra few weeks bc canopy arrived with scratches in the paint! Still had damage when arrived 2nd time! Fast forward 1 &1/2 yrs light not working & needed an adjustment on the door latch. Stopped by to ask bout those & got the we're to busy to look at it make an appointment.... Ugh!!!

Went in to get an adapter for my tow hitch. They had it in stock and at a better price than Amazon. Even let me take it out to the truck to make sure it fit before paying for it. Great customer service and enough selection to make this place a good place for truck accessories.

Their hours differ from what is posted on the website and google biz page. Burned an hour of time on a Friday driving across town to buy parts straight from Leer vs buying cheaper online.

I called here at 1pm on Saturday to ask if they had struts for my canopy. They said they had most in stock and to stop by. I showed up at 1:28 and they were gone and closed. Google Says they close at 2pm. I drove all the way from Gresham for nothing. There's no posted hours on the door. Such bad business.

I never though that I would leave a negative review. The top is beautiful though when it first arrived (trip 1) the windoor frames were super out of line and so bent that I felt like I was going to break the glass trying to open them. Mark was aware of this when the top arrived and immediately ordered new windoors. Within the first week I noticed the top was leaking bad in about 6 places and drove it back to have it readjusted (trip 2). When the new windoors arrived I drove my truck back to them (trip 3). As soon as it rained I immediately realized the windoors were leaking (bad) at the seem of the glass frame of both windoors. Mark seemed like a down to earth guy at first though as time went on he became very short with me and didn't care to talk to me. He actually hung up on me during what seemed to be a calm conversation. I still don't understand why he hung up on me. I am nown as a layed back, easy to deal with guy. Mark stated that he ordered an entire new top with new windoors and that it is at the shop and to pick it up. At this point it has been 14 months since I first ordered the top and now I am expected to drive my truck back a 4th time to a guy (Mark) that seems to have an issue with me. I definitely don't feel comfortable going back to this location because of Mark and will be figuring out a way to have the top delivered somewhere I can install it myself. I don't know the name of the female installer though she was very nice and easy to communicate with. Maybe she should work the counter. Also, I sent an email to Leer about not wanting to deal with Mark and I never received a reply from them.

I ordered a truck cap last year and the locking latch was just barely long enough to keep the back window shut if it was set perfectly in the center. Unfortunately, if I drove for more than a day the vibration would shift it to one side, and the other side would not stay latched. Wind would catch it, lift that side up and then pull the other side free. I took it back to them, and was told it just needed to be readjusted by me. I did, and then it came loose again. So I took it back again, and they readjusted it for me. They didn't change anything about it, just centered it again. I expressed that didn't solve the issue but they assured me it would be fine now that it was centered. A day later it came open again. We had really bad wind that week and it blew open hard enough to brake the glass in the window. I called them asking for it to be fixed, because this would be my third time trying to solve the issue and because it wasn't fixed it was leading to worse problems. They said it would take a month to get more glass in, which is frustrating but I get it. Supply issues are a problem for everyone. They give me a call saying they spoke to corporate and they would take the 150 off to fix it, to which I thought great, obviously that's what is fair, I paid for a working product and I didn't get one, so it should be fixed. It's been a bit rough so far but the salesmen are nice and I like the cap so Ill consider this a good experience since they're rectifying it. When I called in to confirm my appointment the day of they're like "We don't even have you scheduled" Annoying, but ok fine someone messed up a small thing. They schedule me again for next week, I go in and they install a new one and it seems secure. Great! Then I'm told the 150 off was just off the total and I still owe them 250 dollars. I'm like....excuse me? I bought a full price product that was not installed/manufactured properly and was defective as a result, leading to me making 3 separate trips to get it fixed, having to clean glass out of my tools bags for hours, and not having a properly secured window for the entire time. I expressed that felt like a cash grab from them, and that I felt I shouldn't have to pay them to fix what was sold to me broken, and lead to worse issues down the road as a result, which I had expressed to them on multiple occasions leading up to it that I was worried would happen. "Well the warranty doesn't cover glass so oh well." Was the best response I could get from Rick. I couldn't do anything and the work was done so I was strong armed into paying the difference with no guarantee it wouldn't happen again, they just shrugged and said it shouldn't be able to break like that in the first place, which made me feel like I was being called a liar about the whole thing. I manage my own retail store and if I ever treated a customer like this, even one that was trying to be reasonable for the whole process, they would be foaming at the mouth screaming at corporate. But working retail I get how it is and am not going to freak out like that. But it's still a slap in the face, I thought the issue was being fixed and went around picking out all the other items I wanted installed because I felt like I was being taken care of as a customer. Now I can't justify giving leer my money because squeezing their customers for more money to fix issues that are leers fault in the first place is more important them. Be careful what you buy from them, they're nice to you up front but will cold shoulder you the moment you finish your purchase.

Very rude I only gave them one star because there was not a minus 3 stars. Customer service completely sucks which would be the assistant manager would never do business with them again the canopy itself is beautiful and love it but for the rest of my accessories I will be going to the Lear on 82nd Ave. avoid Oregon city at all costs.

The canopy on my Ram is my second canopy I’ve purchased from Leer in Oregon City. I appreciate the quality that Leer makes and I also really appreciate the service and support at this location from the help of what kind of options, help deciding, ordering and then the installation. Leer also offers quality accessories such as spray-in bed liners, running boards/side steps, pickup bed accessories and much more. They have a great showroom to get a good idea as well.

Excellent service, excellent install, quality product.The guys got me in and out of there so quick. Got the cap installed, roof racks installed, bedrug installed and tailgate electrified.Definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

Bought a canopy off Craigslist did a quick install took it in to Leer truck accessories to have installed correctly have the lock replaced they even wired my the brake light and the dome light. Went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely get my business again.
