Took care of my vehicle issue... very satisfied with their work.
Scheduled work within a couple of days. In at 8:00 am and the work was completed by noon.

Had my car for 4 days, on day 3 said oh we are working on it and we will call you in an hour. End of day 4 they hadn’t touched it so I picked up my keys. Was never told it was parked in a public lot, assumed it was secure on their property. So I couldn’t tell you if they do good work or not because they did nothing. They were nice, but that’s all I can say.

I always take my car to Isa's Auto service, just got my brakes fixed a few weeks ago. I won't go anywhere else!! Friendly customer service.

Such nice people! They were quick with repairs and honest. I really appreciate Isa wanted me to wait another day so I wasn't getting charged for 2 service fees to bring my car back.

I took my car for overheating there and I told to Isais I did replace 5 times my thermostat and also I replaced radiator, water pump and radiator fans.
And then he only changed the thermostat and charge me $281.00 for it I did it 5 times by myself take it like 10 minutes but the problem is same day overheated again ?

Came here for a quick oil change that I desperately needed! The beautiful man that worked on my truck is named Christian. He was absolutely awesome and did the entire service by himself. I say that because this isn't a shop where they have a room below your vehicle to stand up in and do the complete service comfortably, they literally have you pull in on the concrete and Christian went ahead and jacked up my truck and went to work. He had a smile on his face and genuinely looked like he loves his job. I'm so used to seeing miserable people these days, when I see someone who actually looks happy while at work.. I make a piont to give them a great review. He definitely deserved it. This has nothing to do with the fact that he was really easy to smile back at!...?
No he actually made me feel like I was in good hands.
Almost every time I have gotten my oil changed AT OTHER SHOPS, I leave the place thinking to myself.. Hmm what if they didn't fill it up all the way... And did they 'reeallly' check all the fluids... I wonder if the fluids 'reeallly' looked that dirty or was that just some sludge they wiped off the floor to make it look like it needs to be changed. Also those places I am talking about always end up charging me for something I didn't need! This breeds doubt in my mind like no other. Specially since I've been ripped off by other oil changing shops in Portland before!
BUT NOT AT ISAS!!! THIS PLACES IS LEGIT. After Christian had the vehicle all buttoned back up, me not paying attention, I realized he was wrapping up and I quickly asked him if he could check my rear and front diffs, as well as the transmission & transfer case. Without even skipping a beat he said sure no problem...and Put me back on the Jack and diligently checked them for me. He came back with all good news, which has NEVER happened at other shops! They all see my request as somthing I'm worried about and take that as a great opportunity to get more money from me.
I've confirmed this with my buddies who are mechanics. So I'm not just speculating, it happens all the time.
Lastly, they only charged me the oil change! For full synthetic on an 2018 platinum F150 it was waay less than any of the other shops I've been too. Right now that means more to me than they know!!

TO ISAS, you have a great team and I am so thankful for their top quality customer service and excellent professionalism!!!!! I was bummed I wasn't able to meet you Isa but I know there will be more time in the future as I will be back!! You have gained another faithful customer!!

Best place in town to get your car all fixed up. The guys there will do what it takes to make sure your car is good to go. They got me in and out super fast and my car was back to on the road right away. Thanks fellas! God bless y'all?
