Sam is always immensely helpful. Knowledgeable beyond expectation. It's clear he takes pride in his work and in sharing the knowledge he's attained. I always come in just to browse and always leave with something I needed that I had forgotten was on my shopping list. His patience and customer service skills never sell me. They guide me to a purchase I was already ready to make. Never rushed. Always takes his time. And I always feel like I paid a fair price at worst, but often feeling like I got a deal. Sometimes so good I'm looking over my shoulder as I leave like I stole it thinking "there's no way that was the actual sale price. I'd better leave before they figure out their mistake."No mistake. Would recommend this store they backup their product 100%. I personally just bought a piece last night at 10:45 and from heating it up to take a dab it shattered part of the piece and most of the time sales are 100% final but in this situation it was not my fault just some faulty glass or something so they made sure that I walked out of the store happy that I buy all my glass from them most the time sales are final, but I brought it in here and they were more than willing to exchange it out for me and you can’t ask for better service and their selection is out of this world and the employees that help me was Chuck and he didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had and worked with me with the money that I had available so no matter how much money you have who are the situation is the make sure that you walk out of there with a good peace high quality definitely recommend house of pipes!

This place is a gem! Not to be confused with House of Vapes, which is attached to the same building, HOP has a great selection of smokeware.I came in looking for a new water pipe and was very satisfied with the whole experience. Sam and Chuck were working, kindly greeted me, and worked with me patiently to find something that fit my needs and budget. An overall positive experience; I'll be coming back when I'm ready to buy the Proxy ?

I live only a block away, to say I frequent the place is an understatement. All the employees at this location know me and the dog and are always friendly. Jordan and Sam are top notch. Keep up on the cold drinks! It’s so much more convenient buying here vs anywhere else (cheaper than most too), hook line & sinker.

Was the only shop with OPMS Kratom left. Sam was great and help onto it for me. Helps with my lower back pain so much. Out of all the house of pipes will be back again.

The only reason I come here is for coils. The other shop down the road is nicer more informed and doesn’t treat you like you’re d*** when asking a question. I have years of experience in this field and have a good understanding of product. However when I was talking with one of the employees, I was redirected 2 times to things I didn’t want or ask about. I never got the questions answered. Made me feel like he either didn’t know what he was talking about or didn’t want to sell me what I asked for.

I went into Oregon City HoPs back in October and asked for a specific style pipe. Not only did it take this person less than 30 seconds to find it, but he threw it across the floor. Sold! Thanks to this person, I will now continue to shop there.

Over priced compared to the new shop that opened up down the road. Stag is friendlier and is more knowledgeable at other shop than here. Would recommend going to big chill smoke shop first before coming here to save your self some money and avoid the conflict with some of the employees here at house of pipes.
