I took two full laps through the store and two past the front to try and find a lumber cart. Couldn't find a single one. I tried to get what I could and get the lumber somewhere else, but the Home Depot app wouldn't load the QR for my account discount. had to abandon my cart and leave empty handed. Four different store employees asked to pet my dog, and not one of them offered help me find a lumber cart when I said I couldn't find one.

Terrible place to shop. They are not helpful at all! And the manager lady is very rude and doesn't seem to care about customer service at all. The customer service counter employees are also unprofessional.

The Home Depot is my second favorite store behind Costco. A little history... this location was built on top of the old Oregon City Landfill. That's right! They filled it in and covered it. I've always liked this Home Depot... it is less busy then some of the others. There is always parking but lately it's been hard to get help if you need it. They are short employees just like everywhere else unfortunately. Returns are pretty simple here. I love the paint department! You can bring in a chip of paint and they say they can match it pretty close. Nice! In the Summer the garden department is wonderful and such a happy place. I think this one is bigger than most of the other Home Depot's I have been to.

Love the prices and the in store help, however I can't stand the crappy customer service they have on the phone meaning that it takes forever for them to answer the phone every single time I call and for that there lacking badly it would be nice when you call that you don't have to wait for 15 minutes plus for a simple question. For as many employees they have you'd think they could answer the phones quicker especially since most of the time when I am in the store there's so many of them just standing around doing almost nothing.

Ordered a range from Home Depot online. Got an estimated delivery date and then got a call the day before with a 4 hour delivery time the next day. On that day the driver gave us a call and said he'd be here in 20 minutes. 2 friendly guys showed up and installed the range and hauled the old one away. Couldn't have asked for a more efficient experience from start to finish especially after the horrible experience we had with Lowe's.

A big difference btwn this location and Johnson Creek starts with a much better parking lot. Inside, it's seems the workers are a little more patient and friendlier? But in todays world, if you don't need it today, you probably can find better prices for the same or similar item online.

After calling and telling me twice that he will be here in 20-30 min to deliver my wall mount microwave, he never showed up. I called. Home Depot rescheduled for two days later. Next day while we had 911 crew at my house for my mother, he showed up unannounced and no prior call or heads up. I asked him to take the old unit. He said that he is not supposed to. I showed him the contract. He said it must be uninstalled. He said he does not uninstall. I told him I will do it has only two screws. He said he did not need me to sign the delivery and walked away and left the microwave. It took me 30 sec to remove two screws. I called HD to complain. HD told me that the unit should have been uninstalled. I asked where did it say where I ordered it? HD said you mark to move to another room. I said that's correct because the website gives me only one choice under HAUL AWAY, and charges $30. Why would someone move a wall mount cooking appliance from kitchen to another room? It is natural to assume under HAUL AWAY means to HAUL AWAY. In short, Home Depot customer support is no better and just as bad as their deliver. DO NOT shop any appliance from Home Depot.

Hi there, I came to the oregon city home depot to get a bunch of rebar for my fiancé. Well I wasn't dressed for the part, So now I'm trying to figure out how I was going to do get these dirty rusty heavy bars onto the cart...and an awesome employee of yours named Adam (who works in the parking lot and loading section) happened to walk by me. He caught me with that 'I'm screwed' look on my face while giving him a Man nod as he walked by. Unbeknownst to me Adam was taking his final break before he was off in an hour. Adam grabs a big cart and circles around to me and says, "Here this should make it easier, would you like some help? Which ones are you needing to load up and how many?" HE SAVED ME!! Now his attitude/kindness was literally the best part of the whole thing. Not only did he help me load the rebar twice (I messed up in the size) he ALSO took the time to help me cut the rebar in half due to the fact it would NOT fit in my car the way it was. He also informed me in the most respectful way that this wasn't a normal thing but he would help me this one time due to my situation. Now mean while as I'm dancing around trying to help in any way possible, this OTHER employee came up and said and I quote, "wow, Your LUCKY Adam is helping you because NO ONE els would have cut those!" he said this in the rudest way and also I had originally asked that same employee if he would help me find/load some rebar and he literally said, "mam I'm busy right now!" turned around and walked away in the most disrespectful way. Once again thay was THE OTHER employee who was working in lumber department. He was just standing there glaring at us, from a couple isles down the ENTIRE time Adam helped me. So I know he wasn't busy. As I'm making comments about the rude man staring at us Adam proceeds to tell me how that guy is actually a really cool employee and has his back when he needs help in the lumber section. Once again Adam is the most respectful kind employee I've ever had the pleasure meeting in ANY home depot. Now a co-worker walks by and asked Adam if he took his break, AND THATS WHEN I ABOUT FELL OVER! I had No idea he was on his break!! He didn't even hesitate to jump into action and help me. I seriously WISH there were more employees like Adam there. He stayed with me until the very end (past the time of when he was supposed to be off) and even helped me by wrapping them up so they didn't fly around in my vehicle! For the record, I am in this home depot om a weekly basis. That day I was caught off gaurd by my fiancé's frantic phone call because one of the guys under estimated the amount or rebar they needed to finish the job. So I didn't have any time to grab gloves and proper shoes etc etc And what was going to be a complete disaster ended up being the BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN HOME DEPOT ALL BECAUSE OF ADAM. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his help, kindness, RESPECT, and his absolute never say die spirit!! THANK YOU ADAM FOR GIVING ME THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPIRIECE I HAVE EVER HAD IN HOME DEPOT!! TO THE MANAGERS: Other employees should watch Adam and how he enteracts with customers. Hopefully they follow his lead. If everyone on the team was as helpful and respectfull as Adam, this home depot would be featured as the #1 home depot for customer expirence and satisfaction out of all of the stores!!!!! Lastly, I've literally told everyone on my fiancé's contracting team to go to this store and ask for Adam if they need help. Most of them were going to the Clackamas store but per my instructions (and their trust in me) said they would go to this home depot for now on because Adam had my back. Yes, It means that much to me. My fiancé is the lead on the team and can't thank Adam enough. He will be writing a review as well! Sincerely your happiest customer Tess

Shane in paint and stain department is very knowledgeable and helpful. We stopped by to pick out stain for our deck. He went over all our options, and why. We appreciate his time and how helpful he is! If you need paint or stain, go see Shane at the OC store!

6/22/2022 I Was in OREGON CITY, OR HOME DEPOT for about 20 minutes when I could not find what I was looking for which it was a tiny little screw then I need some screwdrivers as well I had seen a gentleman working and said when you have a minute could you please help right over and help me in fact a good 30 minutes trying to help me find the screws I needed needless to say we never did find them we even went over in the eyeglass section then WILL helped me find a magnet I wanted his name is WILL and WILL is your go-to man what a very nice hard working man went far and beyond to give good excellent customer service without making you feel rushed and I feel terrible because I called two of the managers at the actual home Depot store and they wanted me to put a reveiw on another part of their website or something but I can't get it to work so I'm doing it on Yelp and I'm hoping that WILL is totally acknowledged for his excellent customer care. WILL you are a gem and you are a keeper and I hope TO goodness they acknowledge you the way you need to be acknowledged not only with a little gift but let's give him a raise

This store is an embarrassment to Home Depot and the community.Merchandise is haphazardly displayed and spotty. Employees seem to try to avoid customers, and when asked for help rarely show any interest or familiarity with products or placement.Recently, on 3 occasions, I found a product online that I was looking for with indication that it was in stock. On all 3 occasions I went to the store only to find ZERO inventory. I showed the associate the website indicating 31 on-hand. He replied "that means we're out of stock". I asked at what level of inventory can I feel confident coming to the store and expecting to find the product. He replied it's always better to call 1st.So I went to the website and ordered 4 for curbside pick up.My card was charged, but an hour later I got an email from Home Depot that the product was out of stock and they were reversing the charges.BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. I'm glad there's a Lowe's and an Ace nearby.

We paid Home Depot $3500 for a refrigerator in January. It is now April and it still hasn't been delivered. Our delivery date has been delayed several times and we have not been notified ahead of time. I called Customer Service after the 3rd time of it not showing up and was directed to text messaging. The customer service was terrible. It shouldn't take over an hour to tell me that it won't be delivered on the day we were told and that we'll get a new date. There shouldn't have to be a 5-10 minute delay between every sent text. I understand if the refrigerators are not there to deliver but the attitude of customer service and Home Depot's care of the customer is very very poor. It's the least they could do to communicate with the customer regarding delays and apologize for crappy service.

Still have a broken toilet in the box on my porch for 5 weeks. They won’t come and get it !!!!!! They just keep saying they will ?. Cmon this is ridiculous
