This family owned business is great to work with. I bought a Kioti tractor and they made the process easy and put all the accessories I wanted on it. I like supporting our local small businesses and this is a great one to support.

I had a long conversation with the smaller technician with glasses (maybe mid to late 40s), I wish I could remember his name. He taught me how to use the parking brake on our tractor and a few other things about tractors, all around awesome guy and makes me want to apply to work there!

We always have a great purchasing experience at Fischer Mill - the entire staff is easy to work with and they definitely take care of us before, during and after the sale:) We are a repeat customer and don't even consider shopping anywhere else for our farm equipment needs!

I sadly cannot recommend Fisher Mills. I paid them to put new points in my drag, since my current points were getting dull after several years.
A year later the points of the drag have all fallen off, with zero change in our dragging schedule. I was told not only could they do nothing but I would need to drop my drag off and wait 8-10 weeks. There was no way to make an appointment. Not only did Fisher Mills cripple a piece of vital farm equipment they also refused to fix it. Brady told me flat out they would not want to look at it. This is no way to run a business. Any professional farmers should stay avoid them. I wish we had

Charged $377.15 for a water pump on Amazon for $82.00. Live and learn. Then people wonder why small mom and pop's go out of business, lack of integrity. I asked if this was the same part and she said she wasn't allowed to give me the part number. Bad , business, bad faith, broken trust. All I wanted was the correct part and not to get gouged from predator pricing. I don't even mind paying a mark up, but over %400 is unethical.

Colin was our sales rep and we had a great experience with him. Tanner delivered our equipment and gave us our operating tutorial. They both were friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. We haven’t had to work with customer service yet, but we’re so happy with our purchase so far and look forward to working with the entire team at Fischer Mill!
