This place is a hidden gem! I thought it was going to be small but they have multiple rooms. Lots of children's books, classics, educational materials, beautiful vintage books, history, and some Christian as well. The owner Eli is very nice and really knows his stuff! He was telling me about all sorts of vintage children's authors. Overall this is a great place to spend bookish time and keep your money local. Happy reading!

On a recent mission to find new books for my teen, I stopped into Exodus and asked the owner for some suggestions. He asked a few questions for direction, then not only led me to some stellar choices, but gave summaries of each one with the enthusiasm of one who has just finished them and can't wait to share. It is so enriching to shop where a proprietor loves and believes in what they do. The selection is thoughtfully curated, and the store is neat and well organized. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

I'm so thankful that I found Exodus books! What an awesome resource to have in my hometown. I love getting my kids' curriculum from there so that I can support a small local business. My kids love going to pick out used books, and their prices are incredibly reasonable. The customer service is knowledgeable and super helpful, and the owner is so friendly! This place is a treasure.

This is a great bookstore! I feel like it's hard to find a really good new and used bookstore these days - this one has it all. (My little girls have really enjoyed the coloring book and paper doll selection at Exodus.)Additionally, I recommend Exodus Books to anyone and everyone who is anticipating or is on a homeschooling journey. Eli (the owner) helped me make decisions between curricula based on my kids' needs and my teaching "skills" - it made figuring out homeschooling so much easier!Note: Eli buys used books (offers in-store credit for them).

Bookstore, mainly dedicated to the homeschooling community. They have a good variety of literature for children and teens. There are used books for the budget minded and new ones can be ordered. Pleasant atmosphere, kind, helpful staff.

Absolutely love this store! The staff is friendly and Eli is very knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. We’ve heard from numerous Oregonian friends that this was a great place for truly good and beautiful books along with used and new curriculum for homeschool. We’ve lived in a lot of places but I haven’t quite found a place like this. I will be extremely sad when we move back home and no longer have this store. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the neighborhood.

Always a great place to get new and used books. Their knowledge of home school curriculum has been very helpful for us when it comes to making decisions for our child. Highly recommend them for Christian and home school resources.

I get most of my homeschool books here. I like to come in-person because there are always new "treasures" to find. However, sometimes I don't have the time to drive out there and have books shipped to me instead. The shipping is cheaper and faster than ordering from most other websites.
