I went to the Oregon city store. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable. I came into the store with a different tire in mind. He let me know that he had a couple of tires that would perform better at the same price point for my car. Thanks Andrew !!

When I first started purchasing tires from America and Discount tire, service was prompt when making reservations. But our last 3 visits despite making reservations well in advance, our waiting times have been extended to 60-90 minutes past our reservation time. What is going on? This is worse than waiting for a m
doctor visit by far. They need to tighten the ship if they want a loyal returning customers.

I was quoted $300 more for the same set of tires at another local and well known tire company. Discount Tire took care to find the right size of tires for my vehicle, even though they are hard to find and uncommon. Staff was patient and very nice.
I will always go here first for tires in the future!

Been going to this location for a few years. Typically, they do my winter/summer swap really quick. Service is good. They match competitors posted prices. Only had one issue, leaving me waiting for 2+ hours. Came back a few days later, service team remembered the "fumble" and went out of their way to make it right, in my opinion.

I highly recommend this tire business. I went in for 4 truck tires and 4 horse trailer tires. The trailer tires had to be ordered. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the tire order. As I needed them put on asap, the delay was going to cause me a hardship. Because of this, Discount Tires gave me upgraded tires at the price of the ones I had originally purchased. I was very pleased with the service and tires, and I can highly recommend them.

I was recommended to get my tires here from a friend. I've not been happy with the service. I have a full sized $60,000 truck and I purchased 37" MT tires for over $2,500 and it doesn't seem that the folks here are very thorough. The tires were not balanced, had to come back after having les schwab the alignment. les schwab also pointed out that when the tires are turned left and right they rub on the frame of the truck, which could have been corrected by one sized smaller tire. I came in for a rotation and they didn't check the pressure, realizing that I've noticed un even wear and there isn't nothing I can do about it. I'll go somewhere else next time, les schwab

BE VERY CAREFUL!! Near tragic experience!!
On 8-31-24, I brought in our family car to get the new tires rebalanced that I had just gotten put on by them a month or so ago. After they got it “done”. Later that night I was driving the car and 5min into my drive I noticed something very weird going on with the car it started swerving and vibrating. Mind you this was at highway speed.. so I pulled over and noticed multiple lug nuts missing from multiple wheels. The front driver side wheel was hanging on its last threads. I could shake it with my hand.. if I kept driving for another minute and didn’t notice, this could’ve became a very tragic accident!! I am thankful to God that I was able to notice the issue quick enough. If this was my wife driving with my 5 month old son who knows what could’ve happened!! This is very devastating and scary for me and my family now. After waiting 1 hour for help to arrive, I came to find out that all 4 wheels were not torqued down and could’ve all came off easily. I can’t believe discount tire employees would let this slide beneath them. This is such a big hazard. I really hope they didn’t do the same to somebody else.. me and my wife are very paranoid to drive the car and very paranoid to do business with them again.

Although my tires arrived a bit later than expected due to shipping issues, the team promptly informed me of the delay and scheduled a follow-up appointment just a few days later. When I arrived, they had a bay ready for me, and the installation was completed swiftly— all four new tires were on in under 45 minutes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout the process. I appreciate their excellent customer service and efficiency.

Well to start with my fiance and myself have twins witch as if it wasn't expensive enuf this place sold me garbage tires there value tire the Mohave well its been 6 mo.and these brand new tires are bald and blowing out the rubber is so soft it feels like an eraser and the certificates you buy well I went i because a tire was leaking they told me 500 bucks and they would set me up with some new tires s that was 2 months in so should have figured i don't expect this to matter to them because they are a big company and lil people don't matter to them just hope to save some family the head ache

I just love discount tire in Oregon City. 8/9/24 had a flat on my car was able to take the tire to them. They have employee named Garrett he went out of his way to help me out. He wanted to make sure that I made it safely home. He was very fast,friendly and overall a nice young man. Thank you Garrett for helping this ol lady out. Discount tire you need 10 more of Garrett
